This mat is a little thicker than other yoga mats and is a little gentler on the knees and wrists allowing you to hold poses a little longer. Love that it rolls up and stays put with the velcro strips so you don't need to buy other equipment to keep it rolled.

    I ordered 4 Valeo mats on 2/19/14. They were delivered here on 2/21/14. I ordered Valeo Mats the second time on February 25, 2014. Delivery date was yesterday (3/6/14). I have NOT received this shipment as of 11:20 am (3/7/14). Used UPS tracking information - shipment is "en route".

    When I bought this I wasn't expecting much. I'm glad that I bought this. Not only is it thick enough to protect my bony knees (any everything else- I am unnaturally bony) from the floor, it is also very long, which gives me plenty of room to work with. The end part likes to stay curled up but it doesn't bother me, personally. I would definitely recommend this.

    I have a hard time getting this product to remain unrolled when in use, but it is soft for me on my hardwood floor and is a good product to have handy.

    I never knew what I was missing!
    I've always just laid down on the floor to do exercises, but because of an injury, I'm no longer able to do that. I ordered this mat, in hopes that once again I could get down on the floor. IT WORKED!!! This mat is very stable, yet at the same time, soft for my worn and torn body to be able to get down and have no pain, from laying on a hard surface. This item is incredible!!!
