Great TV with excellent picture
Great TV. We went from a Sony Bravia to a Vizio and could not be happier. Love the clear and vibrant picture. Watching movies and sports on this TV is amazing and super enjoyable. The apps all work quickly and we love just talking into remote and not having to type what we want to watch. Only issue we have with the tv is there is not a sleep timer button on remote like our other TV's. Have to go into settings to put on timer. Hard to see when your trying to set in dark. Other than that we love TV.

Poor quality service
Good picture and sound. Bad service. Pictures and sound freeze regularly, multiple times a day. Several times I've tried to watch shows which are “not available”. When I trry other shows on others platforms, they are also not available, which basically leaves me with no television. Will be returning this TV.

    It is what it is!
    I bought this TV to replace my emerson one that bled out after a power surge! I've had it for almost a month and so far I have no major complaints. What I am not satisfied with is the inability to be able to attach 2 HDMI cables without interference but that's not the case when I try to connect my firestick and another HDMI cable. One barely fits and I almost broke one of them. Other than that, I am not disappointed. The colors are crisp and clear & the remote control is easy to use.

    I love Vizio TVs
    Vizio is so easy to setup and has a great picture. I ordered it online from Walmart and it was shipped free to my home two days later. This is the third Vizio TV in our house and we love them.

    Purchased 3 Vizio Tv's in the past. The picture is not vibrant like the others. Have always recommended Vizio's to friends & family. Disappointed in this one

    Slow interface otherwise average.
    Uniformity is average, there are hotspots on the edges on solid screens. Audio out of the box is just average. I found the remote to be pretty good unlike some reviews. The main issue I have is that the UI is REALLY slow. I thought buying the 2023 model would get me something that felt new and fast, but no - it's bordering on irritating to use.

    I only gave it four stars because of the remote
    it would have gotten four stars except for one issue I have the issue is is I do not like the remote at all what I don't like the most about it is the fact that you can't go you can't hit the back button and have it go back to the next channel on the TV portion I've called customer service about this and I've emailed them and they're very rude and they don't get back to me I almost regret buying this TV because of that the TV works really well I have no problem with how it works I have an issue and a problem with the remote and with customer service and that's also mentioned another issue I do have with it is that on the aspect you can only make the pictures a different size when it's in TV mode you can't do it with anything else I guess if I have it on my Roku stick and I need to watch a movie in the movies too small on the picture I can't adjust it with the aspect.

    Great option if you budget or space is limited
    Great tv - we have it in the garage, in front of the treadmill. We do not have cable, just Netflix and blurays. Image is great, pairing a bluetooth earphone was a breeze. The only "annoying" part was the initial setup, as it download update after update, but instead of doing all updates in one shot, or only the last one (you would think updates would be cumulative, so you only need the latest...), it appears it kept downloading one at a time and making us go thru all the setup we had already filled out! We went thru the setup 4 times before the tv was "happy" and up to date. Not really sure why it needed that many updates as I believe this is a 2023 model! But, if you stick with it, and have patience, you will be rewarded at the end with a great 40" tv. I wish i could fit a 43" in front of the treadmill, so i could have gotten the 4k version (+$90), but we did not have the room, it would hit the garage door, lol! For $200, you cannot go wrong with this one - just get it!

    Connection problem
    Keep losing Wi-Fi. Sometimes I can't even get anything on my tv. My other tv's are fine..no trouble. Never problems like this. TV replaced with this one never gave me this problem.
