I am very impressed with the improvement in my TV's sound. Previously the sound was muddy because TV has speakers on the back only. I was able to turn those off. My Vizio TV remote also controls this soundbar by default. It has been a win-win since day one.

Awful. Don't buy
I'm not one to write a review but I wish someone would have that was honest. It's awful! It only works half the time. When I first got it I thought I just needed to confide it out; but the longer I had it the more I realized the problem is it only works half the time. And it finally died after only having it a couple months

    Amazing sound for my ears
    Amazing sound!!! Before I purchased this soundbar I had bought the Onn sound bar because it was cheap. I just needed a sound bar for my small home gym room. However, the entrance for the optical cable on the sound bar came damaged. I should of gone with the Vizio in the first place. I always try to buy everything on the same brand. All my tv's are Vizio and my other sound bar is also Vizio. Anyway, when I installed the Vizio sound bar, the sound was like if it was happening right there. I have the volume on lever 2 or 3 and it sounds amazing. I can't even think how will it sound if i turn up the volume all the way up. I am very happy with this sound bar. It was exactly what I needed. It meets my needs. I will definitely recommend this sound bar. It is not too pricey, it has tv mode or movie mode. Bluetooth connectivity, it comes with control remote and the optical cable. If you are looking for a really good sound without paying too much this is for you. I am not a tech person or anything like that, but I just can say that I am very happy with the sound bar. It is not too bulky it is perfect for my 50 inch tv and I can take it anywhere to be installed in any of my Vizio tv's.

    Had issue that was not able to hear TV in our kitchen. Problem solved Surround Sound Suppoprted Formats with Optical/3.5mm/USB/HDMI and Bluetooth inputs. Great buy for the price!

    SB2020 and Echo Show 5
    I got this to enhance the sound of my echo show 5. I struggled trying to pair this using the app. I finally came across an article that said to pair it from the show itself. It found it immediately and paired. Now, some reviews say this thing is loud. It is not. Although the quality is much better than the show 5, it is only slightly louder. Not what I would consider 'loud' by any stretch. My wife runs a fan to help her sleep and this is not much louder than the fan is. Final negative.. this CAN NOT be wall mounted. Spend a little more and get something better. I will be returning it for something with more output.

    Pretty good purchase
    Instructions were a little confusing as I'm not tech smart. I could not figure out how to connect it to the (newer smart) TV I bought it for but was able to get it to connect to another (older) TV. It sounds great. Just wish the manual explained acronyms I'm not familiar with. Will require tech support from the manufacturer to connect to newer TV once I have time.

    GREAT PRODUCT BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A "BUT"
    WORKS WELL AND SOUNDS GOOD. EASY TO HOOK UP. COMES WITH JACKS, AND OPTICAL CABLE IF YOU WQNT TO USE IT WITH THE TV. I ONLY WANTED IT FOR MY COMPUTER, ALTHOUGH I DON'T WATCH MOVIES OR STREAM THINGS, I WANTED A DECENT SOUND. I REALLY GOT IT WITH THIS UNIT. TWO ISSUES I DON'T LIKE ARE THE AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF. I LIKE O JUST LEAV IT ON. HOWEVER THE REMOTE IS OK AND THE ON/OFF BUTTON IS EASILY FOUND ON TOP. THE SECOND ISSUE IS THE USB SAYS FOR OUTPUT, I WANTED TO USE THE USB FOR POWE. THE DIRECTIONS ARE NOT CLEAR ON THAT.. THIS IS MY SECOND SOUND BAR. I HAVE ONE BIG ONE FOR MY VIZIO TV..
