Product is good for all your incline exercises, especially sit ups but be sure you get all the parts shipped with it. walmart has a way of shipping things without the smaller parts that goes with it.

    Good buy
For the price...it was worth it. Nothing fancy but it works and is great for the budget shopper.

    Never
I would like to use this product daily. At 5'10" I can just squeeze on to board and leg support. I will take this equipment and modify the support structure length and pitch. Also I will increase foam to 7x4". This will eliminate pain from middle school size cushion. Otherwise great product for middle school athletes not an adult.

    People need to ease up
The product isn't designed for everyone. It's designed for home use, and also, to be put away. You can make something foldable, and have it be made of excessive materials. And for those saying it's too small: I'm 5'8" and my head is just off the board. But it's for exercise, not lounging. Your head shouldn't be on the board. And that leads me to "not enough padding" again, it's not for lounging. If you want a something comfortable, go back to bed!

    Good piece of equipment
A great core workout can be had by this. Their is no beginner level. It's put together and destroy your ab's. You will need a drill too broaden out the cotter pin hole, the pin just barely doesn't fit. It's an easy fix. Well worth the price. Just stick with using it daily and when you think you have it down pat...Do your sit-up's ( crunches ) with your arms raised ( a whole new level of pain ) :) yea get some!! BUY THIS PIECE you won't regret it!!!!!

    Great product
I just received this item after ordering it on walmart.com and I love it. The unit is sturdy and very comfortable to use. As other reviewers have stated, the bench is very short so, if you're a taller individual, it may not work for you. I'm 5'1" and find that my head is about an inch away from the tip of the board. Although, it can still be used for regular sit ups and core workouts without fulling inclining on the bench. I am very impressed with this item and would recommend it to anyone small enough to get a real use out of it.

    Great Incline Bench
It's a really good incline bench if you're looking to do a little more for the core, can do all the typical ab workouts on it. Probably the easiest thing to build since you only have to put the leg holders. Only con would be that it's a little smaller than I thought. I'd say its for anyone who is 5'9 and smaller.

Board is extremely short. Bought it for my 13 year old son. He is about 5' 6" and his shoulders are on the floor.

When I purchased this product I was under the impression that the bench was "adjustable" and it is not, I almost returned it but didnt want to go through the hassle of the return process so I am keeping it, this bench also wiggles when doing sit ups on it and that is not a comfortable feeling! This bench needs some improvement in that area, so now I am looking for a cinder block to bring it up some for I am 57 and in good shape for my age but at the incline it comes in is just to tough to do sit ups for begginners!
