My mom never used
My mom never used fabric softener, so I never used fabric softener. Well, I was today years old when I learned what my clothes were missing. A little history.. I've struggled with static, crinkles and wrinkles. I'm big on saving money, DIYs, fragrance free and I really try to steer away from chemicals when i can. I've made wool dryer balls, aluminum balls and put vinegar in the rinse cycle.. all those do help, especially vinegar, it works really well to soften fabric! But the smell lingers even with essential oils, and my family complains. Ok, back to my review... Downy really makes your clothes soft, manageable, static free and really helps fabric from wrinkling so bad. Plus it smells really good! I use fragrance-free detergent, so adding a little softener to my laundry is just the boost with benefits my clothes needed. Happy to know this little secret!

Before buying WHAT ???? Items I buy you can get anywhere!!! It's not new !! I don't understand your reviews !!!! AND when I tell you a problem it doesn't change !!! Other items I ordered with this isn't coming on time !! They are going to be LATE!!!! AGAIN !!!! Guit sending reviews AND surveys if you're not going to do something about the problems !!!!!! I use a walker and can't drive !!!

    As always Downy is my favorite fabric softener, and I love the fact that ordering from Walmart with the delivery facility is awesome, but the container was half filled! Why? No idea! I use to buy the same on Bjs and it's a lot more liquid in the container ?

    Great value %26 secure-non-spill packaging
    This is a HUGE jug! I chose it because it was the less expensive per ounce. the item came with the pour tab AND the lid TAPED down, ANNNND it was double bagged ANNND surrounded by bubble wrap in the box. I appreciate the delivery care, no leaks here.

    charged double the amount of order.
    the amount on this order has changed 3 times. my bank account is negative because the last charge was double what the order was. i havent had this problem before. im extremly disapointed and afraid for future transactions.

    Best Fabric Softener
    This is the only fabric softener I use, and April Fresh is the only scent I like. The other Downey scents are too strong. Also only buy at Walmart because it's more reasonably priced. Because it's concentrated, I keep an empty smaller bottle so I can mix some water with the Downey (1/4 water, 3/4 Downey). This makes it about the same as the non-concentrated version they used to sell and a bottle lasts longer.

    Best ever fabric softener..............
    I have used Downey for many years now and have never used any other fabric softener that actually does what it says it will do. Downey is still the best softener yet. I will continue to use it until you prove me otherwise. I do prefer the April Fresh over all the other scents you offer. I hope you never change this scent or get rid of it. Five Stars plus.....................
