May as well be a knock off
im begging you. do NOT buy this at full price. i was lucky enough to snag one on the weekend it was $15 and even then im kinda disappointed. this is awful plastic quality. feels like a knock off. thin plastic, light, every limb is wobbly, the arms arent even because the plastic sucks where connected for thr spin gimmick, the shoulder cannons barely stay locked and arent even with each other once deployed, the arm gimmick trigger can't be put away like the original so it sticks out the back all the time, not to mention the gorilla head is not securely connected while the bot head moves more on its own than a bobblehead. as a collector going on 30 years please trust me, its not even worth $20.

    Prime find!
    I give it five stars because I was able to get this on clearance two days before Christmas. It actually arrived at my door on Christmas eve and I only paid $19 for it. I never got into Beast Wars cartoon because I'm a G1 kid! But I couldn't pass this up at that price. It went back up to $50 after Christmas.

    My sons loves it...the most best transformers toy he got...he huge fan of transformers..and the ones he seem to get ..is either too easy to break..cheap or Dont move ir do anything.... Too expense ..this is the perfect present ..thanks.

    Got it on clearance. At $15 it is a steal! He is just like how I remember. Now if I can only find my original to compare... Though I bought him for the shelf, he'll end up being my daughters. Prime will be sipping tea with Barbie and Elsa in no time.

    Not even worth it on clearance
    Very poor quality control for a toy that retails for $50. Mine has a black paint smeared on the robot mode chest where it shouldn't. They grey plastic holding the mutant face mask is cheaper and weaker than prevous releases of this toy so the face mask falls off during transformation. One of the missle lauchers has faulty mechanism so the missle will shoot out during transformation.

    Back and feeling prime!
    Optimus Primal is of the exact same quality and almost the exact same color-scheme as his 1996 counterpart, the only difference is that every part of him that was navy blue is now a much lighter robin's egg blue. It is a sturdy figure that is fairly easy to transform. I highly recommend this to anyone who never got a chance to own the original figure.

    Both boys are loving their new toy!
    Having 3 little boys I learned all about Transformers. You can only imagine the look on my oldest 2 son's face when I surprised them with Transformers Beast Wars Optimus Primal action figure. My oldest son loves Optimus prime, he was over the moon to see a gorilla that is Optimus primal! This beast war came with accessories - a skull flail, 2 cyber blades, and 4 missile accessories. This Optimus primal is unique, in the right arm flail accessory can be stored and the left arm opens for double barelled missile launcher. My middle son's favorite part that is simple 7 steps this Optimus Primal goes from a robot into a gorilla! The boys are taking turns playing with this action figure as they explore their imagination! I highly recommend this as a gift to any child who loves the Transformers. It's great for the imagination, mobility, and brain. As you configure from a robot into a gorilla and back into a robot, it will definitely put a smile on your child's face! I know because it's been weeks and my boys are still flying around the house playing with this gorilla!

    A few days ago I received Transformers Toys Vintage Beast Wars Optimus Primal Collectible Action Figure I love this action figure makes me remember my times when I played with this type of toy, now my children have the opportunity to play with my children they feel very excited about this figure has some accessories to complement the game my kids really enjoy playing with it, it is made of great durable, non-toxic material it is the best toy they could have ever owned
