Nice phone, just the right size
I had to replace my flip phone after many years of good service. Easy to use small compact, so you can imagine my hesitation in purchasing a much larger phone. But this phone is just about the right size, given the fact that it has to be in your pocket along with keys to your car that don't have a spot in the car anymore. How much more can we put in our pockets? Easy to use, clear graphics, numerous icons. For me it was the best of the choices.

Trash stay away!!!
Trash, I had this phone 16 days. It was put in a protective case with gorilla glass screen protector. Then all of a sudden it quits charging... Get a hold of support and great news its under warrant(of course it is its 16 days old) so then im told by support that they would have to send me a box 3-5 via usps(if im lucky we all know usps) then i have to return said phone via box (3-5) days. Then have the warehouse proccess it(who knows how long thatll take) then wait for them to send me back a replacement.(3-5 days) so not counting weekends and usps being sub par im going to be out of my only phone for 3 weeks. which is great cause im single parent of five kids what do i need a phone for... i would rate this 0 stars but you cant.. i will sure be trashing this product to everyone i know tho...

    Don't like it
This is my 1st "smart" phone. I find it unnecessarily complicated and hard to use. The "soft" keypad is too small for fingers - lots of miss-hits. The user manual that came with it was useless....you need to download the complete one. Have to really press hard on the "answer" spot on incoming calls else it just reverts to the home page and the call goes to voicemail. Can you tell I am coming off a simple flip phone? I plan to go back to that.

    Volume problems
maybe one has to have a hearing aid for this to work as is? I cannot hear callers or called,. Wife does not have any trouble with her hearing and she can barely hear callers/called either even when we have Volume to max. We have to hit the SPEAKER to be able to hear caller or called person. they say volume is good for them when we have SPEAKER on

    Nice Phone
I purchased this phone about a month ago, so I am still learning about it. As for setting up with Tracfone that took a whole afternoon due to not getting what I needed from the company. I wanted to up grade the Sin card to 63mg bits but this too I was unable to do. As for the phone I am still getting tons of downloads for the phone. they interrupt what I am trying to do on the phone, still looking how to download my personal family phone numbers. I do love the size of the screen view which is great and easy to read. I am an older senior and if the instructions were a little easier I would be thrilled.

A little better and a little worse than the E4
I just went from an unlocked E4 to a Tracfone E6. It's a little bit thinner and taller so none of my E4 accessories work : case, extra screen protectors, recently purchased new battery. From a performance / function perspective, and based on my very basic usage scenario of calls, google maps, solitaire and sudoku, I see little to no difference between the two models. If there were a version that was the same form factor of a prior model phone, I would have bought that instead. Hopefully there will be an E6v2 so we, as a society, don't fill up the landfills with perfectly good accessories. Too, if there were a more stable form factor, you might start seeing more than just iPhone and Samsung accessories being carried by most brick retail. So... on the plus side, Moto has earned zero brand loyalty to limit my selection of the next phone that I choose.

    Phone okay; instructions lacking.
Impressive sound quality. Not an easy switch from basic (old) TracFone. Needs very simple step-by-step instructions for call & answer functions. Oldies like me don't even know what all the icons mean. It will take a while for me to become comfortable, but that's not the phone's fault.

Great phone for light users who want a smart phone
This is my third smart phone and for someone needing to upgrade from a regular cell phone, or a first time user, this is a great phone. My last phone was from a different company, and after breaking it, I wanted the newer technology without the price. This is my third Moto, and it's great for me. I don't play games on my phone's, so I didn't need the fastest processor. This one is fun and also takes decent pictures. With the price, along with past experience with Motos, I am very pleased. Just know it may run slower than you want it to if playing games on it.

    More disappointed than happy
I ordered the e6 hoping it would be a nice phone compared to mu old phone, it isn't terrible but I use the camera a lot and the camera on this phone is garbage. It will not take a clear picture of anything unless you are several feet away from the subject and I have tried for hours taking pictures with different settings, etc. I even downloaded a different camera app but I think the trouble is the lens itself. I will never buy another motorola since every one I have tried has been a let down, I thought I would give this one a try but got burned. It also seems to want to reboot quite often. If anyone can suggest a phone with a great camera to me that isn't too expensive I would love to know.

    Print is too small.
Print is too small, can hardly read it. If I don't do anything on the phone for a few minutes, I have to reenter my pin. It is a pain after about a dozen times. Looks like it automatically turns on data function thus using a lot of battery when I am not using the phone. I specifically wanted a phone that would work thru AT&T. The person I was messaging with told me this phone (Moto e6 (XT2005DL) would do this which appears not to.

    Moto e6 great.....Tracfone less so
I am very pleased with the Moto e6. Very good phone for the price and works as advertised. However, I am disappointed with Tracfone's lack of transparency on two items. First, the Transfer Wizard would not work with my old phone with no suggested solution other than manual input. There is much hype about this capability, but no warning that it may not work. Second, after researching the features of the Moto e6, it was determined the phone supported internet/Wifi calling. After purchasing the phone and being unable to initiate the feature, I was told it was not available in my zip code. This information should have been available before purchase.
