    Poor customer service.
    I have had Tracfone for years and recently was blocked from my online account. After over two hours and talking to at least three reps that I could barely understand, I was informed that I had to download an app on my Iphone which I was unable to do. So, if you want customer service you will probably be very disappointed. I have been accessing my online account for years and never got an answer as to why I cannot access it now. I also tried the chat route with same results. Extremely disappointed after approx 12 years with Tracfone.

    I'm angry with Tracfone!
    Shoppers should know that if you order this item you MUST sign up for a plan that you did not want. I wound up losing already accrued "benefits" because I did not understand what my choices were. I am angry with Tracfone for this trickery.

    Works Every Time
    We buy this card every month and it works perfectly every time. We enter our cell number and, after buying the card, it tops off the phone within a few minutes. We've never had a problem.

    Dependable, Cheap, They have data cards too.
    I've used these for years. I buy data cards separately to add on (I don't use much—Dr offices and restaurant chains have free WiFi). The $15 card used to have some data on it but looks like they dropped that rather than raise the price. I love the automatic top-up done from Walmart!
