    Poor networking: showing not registered on network
    This phone is poor in catching the network and I have hard time making calls. All the time, "not registered on network" shows up when making a call. Now I have to either buy another new phone or return the Galaxy A11.

    Poor phone
    I'm a long time, and up to now, very satisfied Total Wireless customer. I wanted to upgrade from my 6 year old LG phone, but this Samsung phone is a total down grade. As other reviewers have noted: blurry pictures - hard to type/text - poor voice quality. The only positive thing I can say about this phone, is that it looks nice. Wish I had looked at reviews before making this purchase. I was doing an on-line chat with a Total Wireless representative and they highly recommended this phone, and I took their word for it. Very disappointed with Total Wireless that they are promoting and selling this shoddy phone.

    slow and buggy
    This phone runs super slow and seems to be buggy. Loses all service while being charged. Drops calls randomly. Keyboard takes forever to come up.

    Poor Choice
    This Samsung A11 was recommended by Total Wireless as a replacement to my J3. The only thing good is the camera/quickness. I called Samsung and they said NOT able to fix when I make a call, the screen goes blank. Spoke to a total Wireless store and they said stay away from the A phones as NOT worth the money. Thanks online Total Wireless sales department.

    Works great
    I like the phone, features and great battery life. Only dislike is the physical size , a problem shared by most new phones. Seems there should be a market for phones the size of the A01 ,that fit in a pocket .
