Convenient
I prefer the pin thru email. I started buying it this way instead of getting the physical card in the store during a pandemic. After purchase, the email comes in within 10 minutes and I just call and add it on over the phone. The pin number comes right in the email now, instead of a link to redeem so it's even easier. The actual service is fine, it's cheap and works most places. I will continue to use it.

NOT UNLIMITED!
This plan says it's unlimited, however after the first 6 GB (which are gone in less than a week) everything is at a 2LTE speed which is so bad that nothing loads and you may as well not have service. Adding data is impossible unless you buy another plan, by the time you add on enough data which you have to pay for, it's much over 35$ and would probably be up to over $100... this is NOT a cheap option. Cricket wireless and mint mobile would be better. Not to mention, when I first activated this plan on my phone it didn't “complete” and I had to call customer service three different times before they could fix the issue. Such a rip off

    $35 for quality cellular service?! Sign me up!
    Great service, great price, and ease of purchase makes this plan everything that a customer could need in cellular phone service. I think that the customer service is not as customer centered as I think they could be, but I would still give the customer service a solid 3/5.

    I love Total Wireless! You just can't beat the price! My boyfriend insisted that I go on his special discount law enforcement plan. So I reluctantly did… It was $15 more per month and there were no more services or differences. Fortunately we broke up! And now I am a lifelong user Total Wireless I'll never stray again!

    Perfect for me
    This plan has plenty of data for me. I tend to use my phone at home so I don't need a lot, but 10 is more than enough for me. I would say very fair pricing!

    Not much data
    If you put it on autopay, with tax it comes to around $38, and without autopay, it's more, so saying it's a $35 plan is a bit misleading. Good to know if you're pinching pennies. You don't get much data on this plan, so it's best for use for phone calls with a little emergency data. I have another phone with plenty of data on a $50 plan ($56 or $53 on autopay) and use this other phone and plan as an emergency backup.

    Yeah, great prices on products!
    I'm satisfied with my purchase 100%, getting it to me was a bit slow. I'm happy with my service but a bit unhappy with my local contact store that ripped me off. Thanks to Total for getting me hooked up!! I'll be looking for my $80. Bucks I got ripped off. But that's a different story. Love my service!!! Bottom line!

    Best plan yet!
    Much better plan option than the 5GB plan for the price. This line is for my daughter, and I use a parental app on her phone. I no longer have to worry about her running out of data when she's away from home causing her location services not to work. I now have greater peace of mind.

    Beats the competition with pricing and data!
    I was with a competitor for 10 years overpaying for a plan that had lack of data, I could not be happier with the freedom to actually stream music in my car without worrying about going over and running out of data.

    Country living with limited phone towers.
    Phone service works great even in the country. The Iphone SE has great clear sound quality on phone calls.
