Perfect
I was skeptical about purchasing because I've never used prepaid service. This device was easy to set up, the connection is strong and we are in a very rural area. It has been perfect for my school work and streaming tv/movies! I would definitely recommend!

    Best deal in prepaid wireless
    Definitely the best deal in prepaid wireless. We had straight talk but with 4 phones this made way more sense. Have had this plan for 5 years now and don't plan on ever switching companies.

    Complicated and Frustrating Activation
    I'm a new customer. As I write this review I'm still on hold with customer service trying to activate my 4 phones with the Unlimited $100 plan. So far 2 of my 4 phones have successfully been ported and activated with reception. The other two have no bars. I have been working on this for a painful 2 days and an estimated 5-6 hrs of chatting and talking with the customer care team. I've been cut off, disconnected and I can not even count how many times they have wanted to verify my IEMI is compatible with their service. Each time I call back after losing connection, I'm talking to a new tech and I have to explain what's going on so they can take over from where we left off. It's been an absolute nightmare switching from Visible to Total Wireless and as of right now they are still trying to activate my other two iphones. So frustrating and unacceptable. They should be paying me for my time wasted switching to their service.

    Never again.
    The purchase was easy. The setup was miserable. 5 hours later after multiple calls and hangups I gave up. Days later I was promised a refund. I'm still waiting.

    Good family plan.
    Have been a customer for several years, and have had little problems, the only issue was when I first started, the transfer didn't go well on one of the 4 lines and ended up with a new phone number. But that's in the past.

    Best Budget Plan for Family of Four
    We were looking for a replacement phone for daughter who really wanted an iPhone. And also looking to add a line for our teenage son. TW had a great deal on iPhone XR and the bes deal we could find for family of 4. So we all switched to TW. 100 GB of data will be more than the four of us will use in a month. And the Verizon service will give us great coverage where we need it.
