It's just a cute yoga mat. It's ways more comfortable than having my back on the hard floor trying to do sit ups or anything else for that matter it grips the floor good I haven't had any issues with it sliding on the floor etc.

Great color, cute design. Completed fell apart and there are red pieces all over the place. Disappointed in the durability.

    Do not buy
    Not anti skid. The skin of the mat peels off from the moment you jump on it! The mat catches impressions on the slightest pressure.

    Bad packaging
    It's pretty, but they shrink wrapped it to the point my already injured shoulder and neck went into pain, and even though I didn't originally want to, I had to try to cut it open, and in doing so, the mat got a good size slice in it! To the company, DO NOT SHRINK WRAP YOUR PRODUCTS TO DEATH!!!

    Poor Packaging, Good Quality
    It doesn't come boxed. It just comes shipped in clear plastic so if you are someone who likes their stuff to be concealed don't expect much. The quality is actually pretty good. Good length for myself (I am 5'0). Smells like the material but that's typical. only reason it didn't get 5/5 because of how they shipped it.

    Great yoga mat
    This is my second mat from this brand. The first lasted about an year and a half till it became slippery and chipped. I do daily vinyasa yoga, so I am not too disappointed with the wear and tear. Great for beginners and even seasoned yogis. My floor is carpeted so the thickness works or me.The print on both the blue and red one is beautiful, and the chemical smell wore off easily after putting it in the sun for a morning and gently cleaning it with a nice smelling yoga mat cleaner which I use on all my new mats anyway.

    verry beautiful mats and super comfy to use .Only thing I was consirend about was how much plastic wrap was used to package it .it is super bad for the environment but not only that but it was a pain to open didn't want to use sisiors or a knife for fear of damaging the matt
