A complete disappointment all around. Arrived missing several pieces, I've been hiding it until today so I could surprise my daughter for Christmas. That's not going to happen now. The instructions are terrible. They tell you from the jump these instructions are for several different bikes, so they may not match yours exactly. This is quite possibly the understatement of the year. Because of this, there are several different explanations for each step. If that wasn't confusing enough, there are minimal illustrations as well, so you can't even go back to make sure it looks right. On top of that it arrived without the screw and nut/bolt to tighten the seat. Really unhappy with this purchase, but I'm sure my daughter won't mind having a bike that she can only look at but can't ride come Christmas morning

    The rear rim was bent on arrival and the cranks are noisy. Needs $100 to replace bad parts. I should have spent the extra $100 on a better bike from a better store...pretty much anywhere other than here. A garage sale wouldve yielded better results. Spend a little more at a better store.

    GARBAGE
    ordered this bike for my granddaughters birthday and opened the box and the handle bars are RUSTY!!! Are you kidding me $ 160 bike is rusty in the box....

    My 11 year old daughter loves teal and really thinks this bike is pretty. It's good and sturdy-has a smooth ride. Easy assembly. Great price point. I would buy this again.
