Lightweight but Powerful performance!
We've purchased several stick vacuums to use as alternatives for the heavier ones on the stair case and just for quick cleanups. Most are very weak and subpar but the Tineco PWRHERO 11 is fantastic. It was simple to put together and is just made better overall. The materials are sturdy and not cheap quality plastics. It is very light (about 5lbs) so it's easy to use on the carpets up the 15 step staircase. It has 3 different suction strengths (modes) that are adjusted with the button on top. This thing sucked up all kinds of pet hair and junk out of the carpets. I've also used it on the kitchen tile and laminate flooring in my office. It does not scratch or harm the flooring at all. The brush attachment works great on the couches and even used it to vacuum up my car's interior by taking the long stem off and using it as smaller handvac. It is cordless and charges with the included adapter and can be hung on the charging wall-mounted deck. I haven't had to use it for much longer than 10-15min at a time but it says it can go for as long as 40min on a charge. The dustbin opens up with the touch of a button and everything dumps out quick and easy. I'd definitely recommend this stick vacuum over any other on the market!

Simply junk - stay clear
We purchased this vacuum cleaner as a back up to clean up small messes. Beware this unit does not work as advertised! It will not run more than a couple of seconds even when there is almost nothing in the dust collection compartment. It is due to an inherent flaw in the design engineering of the filter system. The filter if blocked, even slightly stops the vacuum . Problem persists even with the smallest amount of dust cutting off the unit so you literally can not use it after about 3 seconds. No amount of “washing the pre filter or filter” as recommended by the manufacturer fixes the problem. We have been going back and forth with the manufacturer/ distributor since we bought this and they only pay lip service and do not back up their product and have zero accountability. In the end they told us to go back to Walmart. I would not recommend this product and would steer clear of anything this company produces. Cheap foreign knock off akin to burning your hard earned US dollars.

    Light weight and easy to use
    I'm actually impressed by this Tineco PWRHERO11 Cordless Vacuum - First, off it's cordless! EEK... Love that it's cordless and I'm no longer tied down to a corded vacuum. Secondly, it's really lightweight! I have arthritis in both hands pretty bad and I was able to clean my whole house using this vacuum. I switched hands frequently because of my arthritis but I didn't have to stop and I was able to clean the whole house in such a short period of time because I wasn't lugging around my large corded vacuum - I love the bright lights on the head of the vacuum, I can actually see the dirt while cleaning it up! It does hold its charge like it states - I put a timer on for 40 minutes because it states the battery can hold a 40-minute charge on the lowest setting - I did my whole house in that time frame on low and it picked up everything - I have vinyl flooring throughout my entire house and I have several throw carpets - it got everything off the throws and vinyl flooring with ease. I did notice one thing - On heavier carpets/shaggy carpets it sucks up the carpet while vacuuming - I only have 1 of those in my house and it got snagged on it, all the other carpets vacuumed easily and without lifting. I love how it can go from a full vacuum to a handheld vacuum in minutes and it's easy to clean - It comes with a wall mount, but the vacuum can easily stand on its own if you'd like - Changing the accessories are a simple push of a button and it's thin enough to get under my large chairs, TV Stand, Coffee bar, shoe rack, bed, freezer, coffee table, and anywhere small fitting... It's a pretty blue color, but it does scratch easily... On my first day of using it, I got scratches on the long metal hose section... Not that I mind but someone might so I thought you should know - I also tried the 2nd setting and 3rd settings and they both worked well - It's also not as loud as my everyday corded vacuum... I could actually hear my phone ringing while vacuuming with this PWRHERO11... It has two spots for turning on the vacuum as well, which I like.. There is a switch for turning it on and it stays on or you can just hold the trigger and it works that way too - I find myself holding the trigger when using the handheld part and of course the switch when vacuuming up larger areas... I actually like vacuuming now.... isn't that crazy? I always hated lugging out my corded vacuum and it would take me 2 hrs. to vacuum because it's heavy, hurt my hands and I had to keep unplugging it from room to room - Now I have this lightweight Cordless Tineco vacuum and it's so easy to use and I feel like vacuuming isn't a chore anymore...

    I was so excited to finally use the Tineco Pwrherou2122. I love the fact that it is cordless and that is small and easy to maneuver. I also love that it has lights on the front of the vacuum making it easier to see. Because the lights are Led lights it makes it very easy to see what you are picking up. And to even see what I didn't notice was even there. It comes with a caddy that you can hook to the wall in order to store the vacuum. I love that the handle swivels. It is very easy to empty. The handle comes off allowing you to use it as a hand.vac. I really love the vacuum, but after using it for the second day, I noticed that it dies very quickly. I charged it again thinking maybe I didn't charge it long enough. So I charged it again until the light indicator showed that it was done. I went to use it again and it wasn't on high speed and in 5 minutes in was dead again. I charged it again and the same thing. That would be the only reason that I would not recommend this vacuum.

    This cordless vacuum is ok .It will not suck up Anything as big as a piece of cereal. however it Works well on dog hair .the handle also hurts my Hand to turn it .it's a very pretty Color blue and white. It's easy to dump the filter . Works pretty good on my Rugs .one great thing is it is so quiet the quietest Vacuum I have ever used by far you can carry on a Conversation with someone while vacuuming it's that Quite . I like running it over my vinyl floors with it to get All my dog hair and small dirt .it also sits up on its own.

    2nd floor stays clean
    This stick vac is so small I can keep it behind a door on the 2nd level of my house. Now the carpet stays clean up there. Before the upstairs carpet would get pretty messy before I felt like dragging the heavy regular vacuum up the stairs. No extra closet up there to keep a big vacuum so this stick one is perfect. I also use it for the carpet on the stairs and now dont have to balance a heavy vacuum with one hand and vacuum with the other. I just use it as a hand vac. It takes a while to charge but I just plug it in often just to make sure it stays charged. My house is small so vacuuming upstairs is quick and never runs out of power during use. When using you do not have to continuously hold the power button, you can just lock the lever in place. Also when using as a stick vac it takes turns smoothly, just turn your wrist left and right not the stick. This stick vac will keep you from lugging around a heavy vacuum while still keeping your carpets clean.....and its cordless.

    I waited a bit longer to leave a review on this because I wanted to give it a fair chance. My home is all hardwood floors with the exception of a room size, low pile, carpet in my living room. First, this is what I liked most about this cordless: 1. Battery life - Still, if you like to vacuum the whole house at once, you may need a back up. If you are only doing a few rooms, you should be fine. 2. I really like using this as a hand vacuum. I can clean my stairs with ease, suck bugs out of the light fixtures and stuff like that. This part is great for some light vacuuming in the car too. 3. Trigger lock - No One wants to squeeze the handle continuously, so the built in lock is a hand saver. 4. Headlight - This is actually an important feature for me. Pet hair and dust are camouflaged on my floors. So, when that light turns on, I see everything! 5. It has a pretty good sized cleaning path and it gets under my furniture quite easily. 6. Obviously I like not dealing with a cord. I'm not new to this...I have a battery operated mower and trimmer, I'm on board! 7. It is pretty. Now, This is what I did not like: 1. Tough on pet hair? It's not tough enough. It does okay on hardwood but I felt like I was often "chasing" the pet hair. On my low pile carpet...it did "just okay". There were still hairs on my carpet after vacuuming. So, even though my pros outweigh my cons, the pet hair left behind is a deal breaker for me. . For now, I am going to stay with a corded vacuum I have. With that said, I think this is a good vacuum for a home without children and pets. OR, as a second vacuum when you don't want to lug around that "big sucker" :-)

    Quite impressive handheld vacuum
    My wife just tried this new Pwrhero 11 cordless vacuum and she is very impressed, it's very lightweight with led light lighting your path to see the dirt, powerful suction with 3 power settings, the power head spins according to the setting you have it set on, we were able to vacuum our sofas and windows sills since it comes with a short attachment, another nice feature is that you don't have to hold on to the trigger as it locks and to empty the dirt just unlatch the bottom cover, it also comes with a cradle so we just let it charge so it's ready to use, she also noticed how quiet this vacuum is even on the highest setting. We think this is a great powerful vacuum that will get the job done.

    The suction power on this Tineco cordless vacuum is surprising for such a lightweight stick vacuum. The battery charges in the suggested charging time and held a charge. The tube portion appears to be made of high quality aluminum making it very light. The remaining parts of the vacuum are plastic. The instruction booklet instructions are easy to follow. It has a 3 modes, low medium and max with a light to indicate which mode it is in. I find it to be a relatively quiet vacuum even on the max. mode. A feature I like is the head is low profile and and swivels to get under furniture and in tight spots. The attachments are very easy to use and work well, as no suction is lost when using. What might be a negative for some is the dust bin is small. I feel it keeps the vacuum light though and it is easy to empty. Also, long hair does get easily wrapped around the roller bush. The brush does come out for cleaning though. I used this vacuum on wood, tile and carpet and it worked well on all flooring surfaces. I find it to be an especially good vacuum for quick jobs as it is easy access with the wall mount and the fact that it is very light.

    I've been hearing so much about battery powered vacuums that I was excited to give this a try. It's light enough that my 2 year old can vacuum on his own. Battery seems to last a while. It has a long attachment but each attachment can also be used directly on tbe vacuum for up close cleaning. I love that it comes with a stand to hang on the wall and charge. It seems pretty powerful and has 3 settings although you have to turn it to a higher setting everytime you turn it on. It's obviously not as powerful as a regular vacuum and I was a bit disappointed when using it to clean my car as that was one reason I was excited about it being cordless. However, it serves It's purpose in the house.
