My item came broken and although I have reached out to customer service twice- no one has responded to replace my broken and unusable item. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

    beautiful counter decoration when not in use
    I love cooking with this. I recently purchased the outlander cookbooks, and did not want to put them on the counter in my cooking area, I don't have a big kitchen with a lot of counter space. it also helps that I can glance up instead of bending over a book. keeps the nooks mess free. what swayed my decision for this is that it is decorative. but I had also just purchased a PW measuring cup set. it was also $6 cheaper here, on walmart.com than Amazon.

    Beauty and quality!
    I love the Pioneer Woman wood pieces, specially the Willow pattern. I don't really use cook books but I had to have this piece for my coffee table decor, and I am so glad I got it. It is beautiful! Great size and quality.

    Cute and functional
    I absolutely love this cookbook holder. It works great and looks super cute in my kitchen. When im not using it for cookbooks I’ll use it to hold my ipad so I can watch cooking videos or movies. Works when Im not cooking as well to watch something on the ipad while the hubby plays video games. Its made pretty well but you have to be careful not to hit the pages on the front metal piece or it will bend/rip them. You also have to take the book out to turn the pages.

    Terrible quality - I'd give it a zero if I could.
    This would be cute had it been even marginal quality. It was just delivered and when I was removing the plastic covering the base fell off. I could have glued it back but the hole in the base where the stand part connected was rounded instead of flat like the peg on the stand so it wobbled. It also flopped forward. When it fell off, it also took some paint with it so there was no trying to glue it. There is no possible way it could have ever held a cookbook. I was originally going to purchase one of the crock pots for a Christmas gift. After reading some of the reviews about the lids breaking for no reason and the crocks being pitted, I decided on this cookbook holder instead. Clearly that was a mistake. Ree needs to demand some serious quality control on her products.

    I originally had decided not to purchase the cookbook holder, but I'm glad I changed my mind. I'm thrilled with it. It is made of wood and is very sturdy. The painting is so beautifuly done. It is a quality made item. I am very pleased with this little book holder.
