I followed the instructions in the manual to cook and it would cook perfectly! Sadly just before the 90 day return window it cracked. I am returning it hopefully to get a replacement that wont crack.breanna

This is my second Pioneer Woman cooker and will always use it. This is my first choice to use in my kitchen. The colors are fantastic and will blend in with any kitchen.Barbara

Cleaned up well also without excessive scrubbing. Didn't like the fact some items mentioned in the manual did not ship with the unit - the reason for 4 stars - appears you have to order those separately (lid holder and lid fastener for transporting the unit).Lois

It worked fine until the pot cracked while we were making beef stew. it's obviously defective but out of warranty. our other original crock pot (non Hamilton beach) has been going strong for a decade. This doesn't make any sense because steam and heat would just escape. Have to return. Very poor design. I expected for the price it would be better quality.AmberD
