Perfect Size for One Pot Meals!
I've always wanted one of these enamel cast iron pots. We call them dutch ovens where I'm from. This brand is extra country and very pretty. Love the large print flower design against the cream base enamel. The item comes with a rim-cushioned lid and two inter-changeable knobs. You can choose the flower petal knob or the charcoal bakelite knob. Changing them out is quick and easy. All you need is a screw driver to remove the screw; take one knob off and replace it with the other then tighten the screw back in place. I wouldn't recommend using metal utensils with this pot because I'd hate to damage the enamel. Althought, the instruction say you can use them. I just would rather stick with wooden spoons/spatulas or the hard plastic ones. The pot is HEAVY, so please be mindful of that when you're handing it; especially if it is piping hot. Use oven mittens or other heat retardant materials to remove the pot from your cooking surfaces. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who likes cooking with the even heat distribution cast iron cookware provides.

    Cast iron beauty!
    Perfect size when just cooking for 2-3 people! The design is very nice - i particularly love the size of the handles as it gives me a much better grip on the pot compared to my expensive french cast iron pots! I just hope the enamel on this wont chip off!

    I bought the 3 quart and the 5 quart and I love them so much. They are so pretty and absolutely non stick. This product is in par with La crueset and Lodge and all the top brands with a fraction of the price. Would love to buy an even smaller size and may be matching dinnerware

    The The Pioneer Woman Dazzling Dahlias 3-Quart Casserole with Lid is awesome. I love Cooking in enamel coated cast iron pots. This pot is only about 3 quarts but it is perfect for my household. We are empty nesters so there is no need to make big meals. The lid has two different knobs for it. One is a metal flower and the other is rubber. I believe the rubber 1 is for using in the oven but I haven't used it in the oven yet. The Dahlia flowers on the outside and on the lid make it very pretty to look at. It is a little heavy because it is cast iron. I use this pot at least three or four times a week. I would definitely recommend this Pioneer Woman Dazzling Dahlias 3-Quart Casserole with Lid to everyone. I cannot wait to see what the Pioneer Woman comes out with next. I love all of her products.

    Holds a lot!
    This pot/dish is painted (enamel) over cast iron. It is really heavy duty. It comes with 2 knobs...a standard black one and a pretty silver-gray daisy one. This can be used on the stove-top and in the oven. What I am most impressed by, is the amount of space this dish has. It has a whole lot more than my other casserole dishes and is deep. I prefer this over my 13 x 9 casserole dish. That one holds a lot, but isn't deep enough to hold gravies and sauces; like this one is. This is perfect for turkey tenderloin/chicken roasts; and my new go-to pot for my lemon-garlic chicken. In the picture, I have 3 large chicken breasts, with plenty of room for sauce. It says to use a little non-stick spray or oil prior to each use. This will help protect it and keep it clean. This washed up nicely...no scrubbing needed. I did however run across some conflicting information. Two different leaflets said two different things: one said it was okay to use metal utensils in this; the other said not to use metal utensils with this. Just use your judgement. This is a solid dish that I'm anticipating lasting a lifetime.

    Perfect for cooking anything
    The Pioneer Woman Dazzling Dahlias 3-Quart Casserole with Lid selected through Wal Mart Spark Reviewer Program in exchange for my honest opinion. Looking at similar dishes for some time now, I was excited to see this being offered. The shipment arrived in a timely manner and it was packaged great to keep from being broken. This dish is extremely heavy, please handle with care. Wonderful addition added to my kitchen and I love it. Perfect size and deep enough for all the right dishes. Usually cook cajun boils and similar from scratch recipes in dishes like this. This dish is wonderful for starting those base recipes. I am not sold by the flowers on the dish but it isn't as bad as it looks. Doesn't match with other cookware in my kitchen and I would prefer a solid color but that doesn't stop me from making my yummy dishes. If you have kids washing dishes or cleaning the kitchen, this is one dish you may want to handle yourself. I would also recommend that you use wooden utensils to avoid scratching the bottom of this dish. I also wouldn't recommend that this dish be used in the dishwasher what so ever. I think it would last longer if you hand washed and hand dried after every use.

    I love pots, pans and casserole dishes. When I saw this casserole I immediately fell in love with it. It not only is gorgeous it cooks very well. And it comes with 2 handles for the pot pie. One is the regular lid handle 5hat you can let stay on the pot and the other handle is the one that you will have to change it to whenever you are putting the casserole dish into the oven. I would definitely recommend you to purchase this pot. It cooks very well. This casserole dish will be the talk if the party. I know it was the talk of mine. I will be purchasing another one

    Dazzling Dahlias 3 qt casserole w/lid
    At first sight I fell in love with my new pot.I love the creamy of white color, and the lovely flower design. I will enjoy preparing many savory dishes.I would recommend to others.I would love to own any other accessories, if available as collection.Adds warmth to my kitchen.Very attractive makes me smile when I see it.I plan to prepare a three bean casserole.So far I prepared a most scrumptious cornish hen.It was tender and juicy. Thanks to Spark Reviewer ,I have the pleasure of owning this gem.This pot is heavy and feels very sturdy.Not too big or to small.Big enough for my needs.

    Beautiful and Functional
    This cast iron pot is not only beautiful, but it is very functional. I tried it out for the first time with a simple meal, trying out how great it worked on the stovetop as well as in the oven. It held the heat well on top of the stove top on a gas stove. I was able to quickly and even brown my meat prior to adding in my liquids and remaining ingredients for a baked meal. The pot is a medium sized, small family serving pot. The only thing that I do not like about this particular pot, is that I can not make enough for left overs. On the up side of things, I can just order the larger size and have a matching set. Cleaning is way simpler, than with my other cast iron pots, because the enamel makes it much easier to wash. Do not put this in the dishwasher if you want it to last. Wash this the old school way with some soap and water in the sink. There are specific instructions within the packaging that warns of enamel damage that can possibly occur from washing in the dishwasher, which I assume would lead to cracking.

    This Pioneer Woman casserole dish is adorable. Reminds me of my Southern grandmother's Kitchen in the mid-to-late 80s. The designs are absolutely beautiful with beautiful flowers all around the pot. One of my favorite pieces is the lid which is a big sunflower or Daisy. It's very heavy thick durable material. The wait is probably around 4 lb. I made Fried Chicken in mine and it came out delicious. This product is very easy to clean. I love the Pioneer Woman's designs. I would definitely recommend any of her products to a friend
