3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser02/10/20225 stars for beauty, 1 star for safetyGorgeous bowl! I would have given it five stars except for the fact that it has only been used four or five times for garden salad. Last night my husband removed the salad from the refrigerator and the bowl split in half dumping salad everywhere. I feel this is a possibly dangerous design flaw as it split perfectly in half, has not been in the dishwasher or oven, has not been dropped, banged, or had hot foods in it. if you have one of these you may want to be careful.Kristie

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser07/20/2021Beautiful addition to my dinnerware! This bowl far exceeded my expectations! It reminds me of some of the "depression glass" my grandma used to have in her china hutch. It's beautiful and seems sturdy and that it will hold up well for years to come. A beautiful addition to my dinnerware.KatieBelle82

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser06/15/2020Gorgeous Serving BowlBeautiful Serving Bowl. I collect the Adeline pieces and this bowl fits in perfectly with it's brothers and sisters. I also purchased the luster goblets. The lister effect is truly beautiful. It reminds me of vintage carnival glass. The bowl is the perfect size. It will not dissapoint.Bmbibarra5

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser08/19/2019Nice adaline glass luster bowlIt's a pretty color. It's not too lustery. It's the same pattern as the adaline glass but just has luster finish. It's not too lustery so it still matches well.meh000

5.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/02/2019Another spectacular vintage facsimile by Adeline! So I will preface by saying that I am utterly in love with the Adeline series (preferably in Teal) and therefore am biased; I purchased this bowl almost sight-unseen as previous iterations had existed in (as far as I know) Teal and Red. And like so many PW items, they have since been lost to the sands of time and scalpy Internet stores. So despite the pearlesence I purchased this bowl to add to my growing collection... and am by no means disappointed. It is sturdy and substantial, capable of holding a decent amount of whatever you may desire, and is actually quite stunning (as I attempted to capture in the photos). In reference to my photos, I put an Adeline tumbler next to the bowl for both color as well as size comparison: I say here I speak only for the Teal, though frankly the Pink and Blue look pretty awesome as well. I admit that I probably wouldn’t use this bowl to hold something hot, not something that I couldn’t dish out with a plastic or wooden implement; like I said, the pearlesence was not my first choice, but I will still hold myself accountable for its upkeep as I am just so happy to have this full-size serving bowl in my possession. Now if only they would bring it back in other colors (in fact, even just restock these new colors) in addition to other Adeline items long since gone, like the glass serving platter, or the cake stand... hint hint...Marshall
