I love, love, love these pans and here is why:
I cook every day in my kitchen and my life will be better because these pans are well designed to make using them a pleasure. Here is why: The handles on the sauce and frying pans are longer than the usual pans so if something is bubbling and the pan is moved it won't splash on my hand and arm. Also if I am cooking something that splatters I can move the pan off the burner without getting burned. The handles on the lids and the pans are insulated so I won't need to use a hot pad or a towel to lift the lids or pick up the pans (biggie plus). The edges inside the bottom of the pans are rounded instead of an L shape so getting all the contents of a pan out is easier and will have less waste and clean up. The lids are clear to see how things are cooking and have a vent to prevent too much heat inside. The color is a deep red that goes with my red tools, hot pad, and towel that are in the picture. The red color has flecks of a deeper red so there is some texture which I like. The weight of the pans is nice so the heat distributes well and they hold heat evenly. The casserole dish is pretty and the edges on the top are scalloped. Yes I received these pans to try them out and write my experience. I can sincerely say I would easily buy these pans at the price and enjoy using them. This photo is the pans in my kitchen, the hot pad and tools did not come with the pans but the color goes well with them. There are lids for each size pan. You're going to love 'em.

Be careful of the lids
Lid exploded while cooking. Clearly, it could not take heat and the stove was on simmer so it wasn't even on high. Very disappointed due to the fact I had to wait until this went on rollback before I could purchase because it was a little costly and I wanted it so badly only to have it shatter!

    Absolutely Beautiful!
    This set is crafted with great attention to detail, design and quality!!! I highly recommend it. The pots, pans are heavy and well made. To be washed with a sponge to preserve the Teflon coating. Overall, this product is excellent and the price makes it perfect!

    Beautiful!
    I love these pots and pans! Even more important, my guests love these! They are beautiful and have a lovely tulip shape to the pots. In the ceramic baking tray, the artwork is very rustic and elegant. As far as use, these cook well whether it's cooking mashed potatoes in the pots or bacon in the frying pan, they cook evenly and cleanup is very easy. They recommend a softer utensil as to not scratch the coating. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this set. Pioneer Woman has some very beautiful items, this set fits right in!

    Impressive to look at, love the rubber grips on the handles which make for a comfortable grip although they will still get pretty heated. The rounded base is a nice change from all the other dutch oven pots I've had.  Appears to be great quality. In trying it, cooking was a pleasure with the non stick surface and clean up a breeze. Set comes with care instructions and a small booklet that includes a few recipes.

    Well made and attractive.
    I like this set. It is replacing a T-Fal set that has rough aluminum rings on the bottom. I have a glass stove top, so I had to be very careful not to scoot the pots and pans or I'd be spending some time with Barkeeper's Friend and a wet cloth. The bottoms of this set are very smooth, so I'm a little more comfortable with them on the glass. The main piece that I use is the saucepan. It is deeper, but not as big around as what I'm used to. I think I like it. I saw some reviewers that were having problems with melting or sticking or staining of the pan onto the glass cooktops. the very first thing I did when I open this set was to take the saucepan, fill it with water and bring it to a boil, cool it off...bring it to a boil, cool it off... five times. No discoloration, no sticking. Of course, I did not turn the stove top on full blast high, and I certainly didn't let it boil dry. Time will tell but I seriously don't see any problems here. I have always washed my pots, pans and knives immediately, while warm, and by hand. A little soap and a soft sponge, you're good to go. I don't know what scrubbing it with scrubby pads or putting them in dishwasher will do, because I never do that. It's a good looking set, seems heavy and durable enough and I think the finish will hold up.

    This pot set is amazing. Included are a medium ceramic casserole dish, small and medium saucepans, two skillets a stock pot and 4 interchangeable lids to fit all. The pots and lids have a thick rubber coating that is cool to the touch. Instructions are included on how to cure the set for first time use and to insure longevity. It says to heat the pots until they smoke before use. Then rub with oil, I checked the bottom of the pots during this process and the bottom had turned brown. I was dismayed but discovered the brown came off when I washed them. I am impressed! I cooked a pot of beef stew and it tasted amazing. I highly recommended this pot set

    Beautiful cookware
    This pots and pan set is so beautiful but even better than that it feels really well made. I was so excited to find it comes with a ceramic bake dish!! I was just expecting the pots and one fry pan! The blue is such a pretty color and the lids are tight fitting which I really like. Overall this is a great set and I would highly recommend!!

    Pioneer Woman Red Cookware set
    I love this cookware set. I have been hearing more and more about the pioneer woman cooking show and I was so excited to get to try out their cookware set. It is heavy and beautifully made. It has teflon inside for a nonstick surface. It is easy to wash and it stacks in the cabinet for easy storage. It is a darker red with black flakes in the paint which I think is beautiful. The pieces that it comes with include Includes one 1.5-quart saucepan with lid, one 2.5-quart saucepan with lid, one 5.5-quart Dutch oven with lid, one 9.5-inch frying pan, one 4.6-quart saute pan and one 12 x 8-inch ceramic bakeware. It is safe for the oven and for the stove. They do recommend that you hand wash the pieces rather than put then in the dishwasher. I love the style of it and the baking dish it comes with is beautiful. Everything that I have cooked has cooked evenly. I am beyond happy with the set and I know with as well made as it is that I will get many great years out of it.
