Beautiful mug holder
The pioneer mug tree is an adorable addition in my kitchen. Do note that the color is an off white/cream color, it is not white. The accent paint under the clear ball on top, is an antique brass color. It would look great in so many kitchens especially farmhouse. It holds 4 mugs and is as cute as can be. I'm going to buy one for my mother in law for Xmas I think she will enjoy it as much as I am enjoying mine. The paper insert says it's made of wood. So it's not plastic or metal. Has a nice hefty weight to it and seems solid. However, the part that you hang the cups from is metal. I would completely recommend this.

Great Idea that is Poorly Executed
The Pioneer Woman Chandelier Mug Tree is a new twist on an old design that is a beautiful and ideal for displaying your favorite mugs or your grandma's antique china coffee cups, or it could be. The Pioneer Woman Chandelier Mug Tree stands about fifteen inches tall and has four handles for mugs. There is an ornate glass bulb on the top that screws on and off. The arms are made from metal and the base is what appears to be both metal as well as wood. However, I cannot say definitively since the entire “mug tree” is painted. The Pioneer Woman Chandelier Mug Tree stands approximately 15 inches tall and 4 ½ inches wide, it is not compact, and if you decide to get this product you will have to make sure that you have enough counter space. Another issue I have with this product is the fact that even after I had to have a second Chandelier Mug Tree shipped out to me because of large gouges in the base of the first one, it was not much better. There are spots of paint where you can see dark metal and the trunk has paint irregularities all over the entire “mug tree”. While the Pioneer Woman Chandelier Mug Tree has the potential to be a beautiful piece, it is poorly executed, and I cannot recommend this product for that reason.

    Beautiful perfection in a chandelier mug tree!
    The Pioneer Woman brings class and elegance to a kitchen with this beautiful Chandelier Mug Tree! It is beautiful and most importantly super easy to put together. While it comes disassembled, it only has three pieces to put together to become an elegant mug tree that outlasts any season and goes perfectly with any decor! I love the vintage-inspired off-shade of white it has along with the top jewel to ‘top' off the tree! It is elegant and perfectly shaped to fit coffee mugs and at an arm's reach, ready to go for your favorite morning cup of joe! To keep it clean all you have to do is clean with a damp cloth and let air-dry. It is made of good durable wood, so it doesn't look cheap.

    A great add on for any kitchen
    The Pioneer Woman Chandelier Mug Tree would be a great addition to any kitchen style. The tree is made out of wood, and metal materials. It features four hooks for coffee mugs. The tree is easy to put together and cleans with a damp cloth. Included in the box was the four pieces to attach together there are instructions included, but they are not a needed item. Putting the tree together took just a few minutes. Once the mug tree is put together it is ready for your kitchen. It is plain white and is very durable.

    Cute Mug Tree
    The Pioneer Woman Chandelier Mug Tree is such a cute little mug holder. It's a bit old fashioned for me but I think it would look cute in my kitchen with a few of my favorite mugs hanging from it. One thing that I would have liked to see on the Pioneer Woman Chandelier Mug Tree is an additional tier for more mugs to hang on. It only holds four mugs and it would be great if it could hold double this amount. Another thing about the mug tree is that it is wooded and painted white. I would like to see either a naturally treated wood color or a stainless steal design. That would make the chandelier mug tree more unique and modern. Overall, it's a really cute mug holder and definitely serves its purpose.

    Cute but defective
    When I received my mug tree and put it together the home that you screw the stand is was on the wrong side making the base screw on incorrectly. I put two small mugs on it and it kept tipping over so I'm sure it being made correctly would definitely help that issue. It's cute but I would have liked to have gotten one that was made correctly.

    I received the The Pioneer Woman Chandelier Mug Tree and am thoroughly disappointed. First it is not white it is beige (almost yellow) and although it is a good concept, if you don't give the product to the customer with the correct assembly capabilities it is useless. Bolt on inside of base was put in upside down and now cannot use product.

    I absolutely love this mug tree, it is so elegant and beautiful. I can't say that enough, I would definitely get another one. The finish on it is antiqued and looks like it was someone's treasured keepsake from ages gone past. It definitely goes with our farmhouse decor look we have going in the house and on top of that its functional. It holds our mugs which frees up space in the cupboards. I take really good care of it, I clean it only with a microfiber cloth and some lavender essential oil and water mix and I just mist the microfiber cloth with this mixture and then it looks amazing and smells divine. Definitely would recommend, it's lovely.
