Good stuff and no chemicals...
This tastes the same and is delicious just like the imported sriracha sauce but no chemicals that are hard to pronounce. All just plain natural ingredients that will light your fire. Remember; if a first or second grader can't read or pronounce it don't eat it !!! If it's made by a person in a white coat, you will soon be getting treated by a person in a white coat.

Save your $, don't buy this knock-off sriracha
So disappointed that this seems to be what Walmart carries now. Nowhere near as good a Huy Fong, ended up throwing it out.

    It's like they never compared it to Huy Fong Foods (Rooster) Sriracha. I tested both side by side before pouring out the Tabasco product. Saved the bottle for my own homemade.

    It works - but it's weak.
    Let me start off by saying I like spicy, but don't *love* spicy (I won't try ghost pepper Anything, and don't use hot sauce on most things, but Do enjoy spicy sauces on occasion or a nice smooth kick to things) THIS IS NOT SPICY. It'll work, if you can't find the rooster one, but it's not as complex and you'll need 2-4x as much.     Always be willing to try something else or new.
    An excellent substitute for sriracha. I like it very much and was glad to get a couple of extra bottles. Yummy marinade.

    Tastes Like Spicy Ketchup
    I bought this because the Huy Fong Sriracha that I've been eating for years was out of stock. I was very disappointed with this product. It's not spicy and it's overly sweet. It tastes more like ketchup than sriracha.

    A good spicy and tasty sauce for many uses.
    With all the hot sauce shortages I was happy to find this sauce why? It has a really good flavor that is great on soups and stews, it's not just hot but it is also very tasty. I also use it as a dipping sauce. A minus is that I wish it came in a bigger bottle.

    This sauce is sweeter and milder than its Huy Fong counterpart. It lacks the edgy vinegar and pepper flavor. It reminds more of a spicy ketchup than a hot sauce. On its own, it's just OK. Nothing to write home about. If you enjoy it as a sauce, good deal. However, if you're looking for a HF srirachi substitute, this isn't it.
