Previous to receiving the foam roller I was using a tennis ball and leaning against the wall. With the foam roller I can get to my upper back and neck muscles much better.

Quality foam roller but too short
This is a quality foam roller. I like the different textures that it has and the firmness and yet softness it provides. My only complaint is I wish it was a few inches longer. Other foam rollers I have used previously have a more comfortable feeling with the length.

    Wish I'd purchased sooner!
    I wish I'd purchased this long ago! It has done wonders for resolving tightness in my calf muscles and IT band which was interfering with my running routines. So happy with it!

    Great for prevention and recovery
    I have never had next-day muscle tightness after using the foam roller pre & post workout. I also work in the retail industry and have found it a great tool to use after my shifts

    Foam Rollers for Youth Basketball
    I have always been a fan of the Grid Foam Roller by Trigger Point. To be honest I've recommended these to my basketball players on our AAU teams over the past year to help with prepare for practices and games and also post activity. It's been an amazing tool for them with recovery and has been able to withstand the demands of an AAU season. I recommend these to all of our players each season and it's become a staple in our AAU program.

    Wonderful!
    I've had my Trigger Point foam roller for a couple of weeks now, and am so happy my physical therapist recommended it for my back issues. I just wish I could take it with me everywhere I go, but people would would most likely stare if I did this at the mall, grocery store, church, etc. It's wonderful!
