Worked great
This worked really well for us. We had a fruit fly problem because we live next to 2 apple and 1 pear tree. With 48 hours you could see all the dead fruit flies in the bottom of the container.

Junk!
I purchased 3 different types of indoor gnat traps. This does not work at all.. Try Gnat Styx from BioCare. You will need to just put the sticky strips on a lid of a small cup filled with apple cider vinegar.. It's not pretty bit it works.. I put a lamp shade over mine on a desk so I don't see it.

And enexpensive too !!!!!This product is amazing all the little fruit nats that fly around the kitchen whenever potatoes or fruit starts getting bad, well this product attracts them into the apple shaped catcher and kills them all amazing little item that gets rid of every single nat And lasts a long time, I always make sure I have one on hand. All I know is that there was a bunch of them in my house and getting worse and nothing that I used seemed to be getting rid of them completely.. They were worse in the kitchen and bathroom but they were also so in the rest of the house annoying the heck out of me.. So I bought 4 of these after my daughter told me about them and sat one out in each room as the directions stated and in less than a week my annoying little pest were done.. I still keep them out because one or more of the little pest will sneak back in every now and then while the front door is open..firebird1987

We left it overnight and it have about 10-12 this thing really works. I'm so glad we bought it. I cleaned my disposal thinking perhaps my dog sitter had left some fruit in there. It did not help. We were walking through Wal-Mart and my niece suggested I try this product. I brought it home, followed the instructions, and left for work. I was SHOCKED the flies were all gone! About four days later, I had a cantaloupe go bad (it was riper than I thought when I bought it) and I noticed a couple of flies but within hours of me throwing it away, the flies were gone, even though the cantaloupe was just in the garbage. I will definitely purchase this again. Additional note....it's not a typical ugly catcher. It sits in my windowsill and looks cute.HaliPawz

2.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser01/02/2016Did not live up to the Terro nameI was overwhelmed with these tiny fruit flies due to a leak under my sink that I was unaware of. By the time I realized where they were coming from there were so many of them I had to declare all out war on them so I went to my local Walmart and bought a bunch of the Terro Fruit Fly Traps and several Raid Fly Sticks also. The Terro Fruit Fly Traps just sat there for a day or so and did nothing. It takes a while for the flies to find them and venture into the trap. The traps did okay finally and did manage to capture some flies, a decent amount but the Raid Fly Sticks out performed them by a long shot. I won't buy the Terro Fruit Fly traps again but already ordered more of the Raid Fly Sticks. I was disappointed because Terro is my go to brand for any kind of household pest control. You cannot beat their ant killer, it is the best , bar none, but these fruit fly traps are way over priced and performed only marginally well. I do not recommend them and I find the price absolutely ridiculous! A same piece of plastic and a half ounce of some sugary water for 5.88 ! Please!shetfur
