Can't beat price!
Works for me! If you mostly use a wifi connection and not a lot of data; where else can you get 5g no contract phone service for $15 a month?

It should be an acceptable for people to take
The fact that I accidentally brought the wrong card and it doesn't go to the phone and you cannot refund that but yet you cannot use it on anything so you guys just got free money I feel like you need to change your policies to help people

    Day 1 signing for tmobile senior plan, a disaster. Spent 3 days,back %26 forth, at store trying to get sined up. Never worked right. Calls constantly dropped or just clicked off completely. Calls had to be resumed in middle of conversations. Internet constantly dropped, had to restart %26 restart phone. Dropped tmobile weeks before before end of cycle, had to pay full amount instead of getting $ returned %26 rec'd so called final bill for $11.50. Are you kidding!!! What a corrupt, scaminng, nickel %26 diving company. Especially for service that was awful %26 never fixed. SENIORS - BEWARE.

    Make sure you buy the correct network card. i was buying this for a friend and he told me tmobile so i bought this. Turns out he has metro by tmobile and it can not use the regular tmobile refill card. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON THESE CARDS

    $50 direct top up
    NEVER WENT TO THE CELL PHONE BILL.I did direct top up and got an email and text saying it was put on the phone.Today I got a text saying insufficient funds for my account when I know it was supposed to be paid via direct top up.Unfortunately I had to pay another $50 plus tax to turn my phone back on.I can't get a refund due to Walmart's policy even though the direct top up failed.
