Great hose
I just got this and am very pleased so far...it's not too heavy and is easy to manuver...time will tell how well it holds up...but so far so good. I just wish Swan made a longer one so I wouldn't have to order a shorter one to add to it to reach my shrubs in the front yard.

Kinks constantly!
Do not buy this hose! It kinks constantly to the point that the kinks are permanent! Even when you coil the hose up. Worse hose I've ever bought.

    Garden Hose
    It's lasting longer thank a week, so it's too early to tell about longevity. So far so good. The last garden hose I purchased , which was a different brand, lasted 3 days and sprung a leak.

    Replacing My 20 Year Old Swan
    This Swan hose is a replacement for my 20 year old Swan hose. The hose material seems to be of similar quality as the original and the ends of the hose are a big upgrade from the old one I have. The only reason I knocked a star off my rating is because the packaging leaves indentations in the hose. It's been a week and they are still there. Hopefully having it in the sun will get them to relax.

    I love the color of the hose, but it tends to knot too often. I dislike it very much for this reason. As soon as you move it to another position, it knots up. It's a heavy duty hose and requires some strength to keep moving and untangling it. It's hard to wrap it around a hose holder; keeps knotting up. I would not recommend it to a friend. Too expensive to be knotting so much.

    This hose is very hard to put back on the hose holder in so it looks right. It looks twisted no matter how well you wound it back on. For that reason I would not buy it again.

    Buyer beware when shopping sight unseen.
    I bought a SWAN heavy duty 50' hose last year in the store and was very pleased. It was hefty, durable. That is why I purchased this one. This one should not be sold as heavy duty at all, not the same quality as my first purchase. Not worth the 50 dollars. It is flimsy, a cheaper plastic. Already kinked on a not so hot day. Am saving the receipt.

    Zero quality control
    Have to return it. Came with a missing male end. I was shocked. If you sell a hose, how do you miss this part? It is as though no one finished it and no one checked it before wrapping and labeling it. Horrible quality control if you are letting this thing ship. I have a 25 footer same brand that I liked, so I figured I would order the 100 footer. Huge disappointment. I ordered this to avoid going out in a pandemic. Now I have to return it. Huge fail.

    NOT a non kink hose!
    I bought this hose because it was absolutely never-kink. Turns out, that first n was a typo. It kinked when I unrolled it, and time I've used it since. i threw away the packaging, or i would return it. i repeat, NOT A NON-KINK HOSE.

    kinks a LOT.. no matter what.. very flimsy .
    not sturdy at all.. kinks every foot .. no matter what I do.. it is just too soft and bends too easy.. wish I had went for a different hose. really not worth the price. if it was thicker and heavier material it would not kink as bad.. the description says less kinking but that is so far from the truth.. I am very disappointed. I do love the color though .. and the connectors are very good..
