Great Price!
We ordered this item for my wife's laptop. It arrived on time and works great, the best part was the price was much lower than other websites, especially Dell's. Would definitely buy again!

disappointed
we received the laptop battery about 10 days ago; followed directions for insertion and charging. It worked fine as we allowed it to discharge and then to charge via the power cord. after that point, the battery went to 10%; i plugged the power cord in and the toolbar indicated the laptop was plugged in, but the battery was NOT charging; i removed the cord, and the battery dropped to 7% and that is where it is to this day... 7% and NOT charging. Extremely disappointed. It won't charge.

    battery cannot be charged
    I have charged the battery for three days. The charge lasts for approximately two to five (2-5) minutes. It will not remain charged without having charge plugged in.

    Didn't Work Full Refund Tho
    I purchased this after my battery failed from shorting the circuit and use over time. I bought it for my Dell Inspiron 3520 but it wasn't recognized or detected when I put it in several times. I tried watching youtube videos but to no avail. I contacted seller and they offered me a new one or full refund. I took the full refund.

    Solved my problems
    Works great. My computer was running really slow and would crash every time I unplugged it, which means the battery was drained. Charging and draining the first few times took me a few days, but that's how they tell you to get the strongest overall battery charge. Initially I was sure I'd have to buy a new laptop, so this $20 purchase was a lifesaver.

    Great price and a great product
    I purchased this battery with apprehension because I wasn't sure it would be as good as the original. I've had it for around two weeks now and couldn't be happier. It gives me between four and five hours of power when it's charged.

    Dell Computer replacement battery
    The battery was ordered through Walmart and shipped directly by the battery company. Shipment was free and the cost was very reasonable compared to other sources. The battery arrived by US Mail several days ahead of the estimated arrival date. The only disappointment I have is the battery charge life was advertised to be up to 5 hours, I'm getting 2.5 hours on a full charge. This is supposed to be a New battery instead of a refurbished one, I now have my suspicions about that. The original battery lasted 5-6 hrs.

    HORRIBLE
    I would give it no stars if I could. Received it, took several tries to install it before my lap top recognized the new battery. In less than 1 week, it went down to 10%, and I keep my laptop plugged in all the time. The charger is working, but not on this battery.
