Super strong and really nice
100% happy with this purchase. I bought it for my husband and son for the weight room and they love it. My son is a big guy, 280 pounds, and he has no problem with it. It's padded well and easy to move around if necessary. Pleased with this purchase.

The platform is weak and will bend when you sit on it. Heard cracking noise when my 130 pound son tried doing sit ups. Not worth the money and will not last. Returning

    Decline bench is worthwhile

    For shorter people
    Don't buy unless you're like 5'2. I'm 5'8” and I can only do like two workouts on this. When I go to do the workout for your lower back I'm just too tall. Not to mention it's hard on your shins/knees.

    Excellent bench
    Arrived in good shape,opened box,no dents, all pieces there and hardware separated ,shrink wrapped , and well marked. Took 2 1/2 hours to assemble by myself. ALL pieces fit and lined up correctly, no problems. This makes for a stable unit which this surely is. Can work on arms and legs without having to go through much hassle. Really good quality and you can do other exercises if you use the bench, I mostly use it just for arms and legs. Completely recommend it given the quality and affordability.

    Seat also inclines for preacher curls. The bench easily inclines and very sturdy. Husband said it was easy to assemble. I have looked for many months for an incline bench before choosing this one. Wanted to make sure I was getting the best bang for my buck! I use it in my home gym 6 days a week!

    Awesome bench for the price.
    All I wanted was a simple bench for shoulders and chest. I got everything I needed. High back rest that supports the head and sets at a straight up 90 degree angle. A lot of the benches I've seen on line can't do this. This bench not only declines to a 45 degree and flat positions but will also decline to match the rear leg support.(Great for lower chest). I have to admit that this lowest position felt a little uncomfortable and I haven't used it with dumb bells yet. Great price, very light weight, and sturdy.
