Great product with very nice features
Great product from Suncast. Was looking for a deck box with lots of storage and the capability to lock. This covered both and looks good too. Shipping was very quick and the product fairly easy to assemble. Now just gotta hey my hands on the shelf accessory. Seem to be sold out everywhere.

This is a nice looking outdoor box but has some flaws. Ours came with scratches on the front which I did get a small refund back from the supplier. It states that it is waterproof but it does leak. We had a rain storm last week and the entire bottom of our box was wet. We do have this container outside for storage for our outside cushions. I thought I would give it a second chance but it rained today and the bottom of the box was wet again for anything laying at the bottom gets wet.

    Will do the job for storing cushions outside
    I bought this to store cushions outside to not take up space inside. The dimensions are for the outside, so my cushions didn't fit as well as I hoped, but it will still get the job done. The reason the interior dimensions are less is because the material is pretty thick and substantial. It locked up pretty tightly and we'll see how it does in the long run. the hinged top with pneumatic lifts and front swinging doors provides easy access. Assembly wasn't terribly difficult for someone with moderate skills. You'll need someone to help with attaching the lid, otherwise it's a one-person job.

    I bought 4 of these. 2 at one time and 2 at another. Although I do like the boxes ok, I cant get ahold of suncast for some missing parts. Their number just says due to high call volume call back later. So, if you get all the parts its not a bad purchase. Plus, it was just a box inside of cardboard. No wrapping or anything, makes me wonder who had them before.

    Bought this to put on the back of my camper to carry my generator. My husband reinforced the hinges so it wouldn't blow apart going down the road. I am giving it 5 stars. so far it has fit the tailgate carrier perfectly and my generator. It should protect the generator from the weather and Theft I hope. Doors and lift top give easy access to generator and plenty of air flow. Hope it lives up to my expectations

    Keeps items dry
    I bought this to put on my new patio to store different kinds of outdoor items. I use it for towels, barbeque items, paper plates, bug spray etc. so I don't have to keep running in the house. So far we have had a few rainstorms, and everything has remained dry. My husband is in the process of putting in a shelf for me. He's making it so the shelf sits on some metal supports so I can remove it if I need to. The only thing I don't like is that the top didn't sit flat when closed. My husband adjusted something and it's better. It's very high, and is quite large. I had to move it around until I found the right spot for it. The top is flat so I have it near my grill to place items on. It is a good quality, and I'm happy I purchased this item as it is large enough for what I want it for.

    PERFECT + AMAZINGLY easy to put together!
    We are using this as a Donations Drop Box as it has a much larger holding capacity than the 'barrels' we were using and it LOOKS fantastic! It is easy to access and retrieve items placed inside ... AND ... it was very easy to put together. Another nice feature is it was delivered a week before the 'no later than' date ... a very nice surprise.

    Overall satisfied, but (came with scratches)...
    The box arrived on time and in relatively good shape -- there was one corner of the packaging that was damaged (had a hole through the cardboard packaging -- could see the deck box through the hole). It was not missing any parts and seemed to be of quality construction. It does take a while to put together (especially, with unexpected rain hitting -- a lot of starting/stopping, haha). My only real complaint is that the front was noticeably scratched -- the front door panels came with scratches as did the front of the lid. I do not know if it was just poor packaging (maybe they moved around/slid in the box and got scratched -- or maybe it was scratched at the factory; all I know is that it is scratched). If the pieces were scratched on the back or inside (or even on the side), I wouldn't mind so much. But the scratches are dead center in the front -- very eye-catching. Because of this, I do not think it is worth the retail price -- maybe $50 less but definitely not the asking price. If it wasn't for the scratches, I'd love it. But with the scratches, I just "like" it (and feel like I overpaid a bit).
