Heats Quickly
The Sunbeam Small Heating Pad works great. It is simple to use with just an on/off switch. It heat's quickly. In 30 seconds, it began to get warm and was perfect in 2 minutes. It has a very thin sponge that can be moistened and used for moist heat. The size is about 10"x10". I would recommend this heating pad to my friends and family.

More like a Heat-Less pad!
My breath generates more heat than this thing. Their claim of "high level heat" is just plain wrong.

    The size is perfect. I needed it to fit under my shoulder brace. It works well and is worth the price. The heat control is a simple on/off so it's not quite hot enough but is good for constant heat, it doesn't get too hot. It arrived in good shape and quickly.

    Misadvertising on your heating pad size
    This product is not the size which it was advertised to be. Barely big enough the cover a hand, no where large enough for lower back area. Will be returned to store when I get the chance. your best bet is to pick one up personally from store and save the aggrivation and time involved to find a replacement. Service is becoming more and more lacking as time passes.

    Upgrade from an old microwave rice bag
    This heating pad has been a lifesaver for my back as well as my shoulder. I have a habit of over exerting myself and feeling miserable. I used to heat a bag of rice in the microwave but decided to splurge on this pad. I'm so glad I did!

    Disappointing
    This heating pad is a nice, small size for the neck or knee or other small areas. It would be a good heating pad if it actually produced "heat" and was not just lukewarm. I've tried it twice, hoping it would heat up to a higher temp, but it only goes up a bit, and then goes right back to a lukewarm state. If I wasn't so far from a Walmart store, I'd take it back. I don't recommend this small heating pad.

    Perfect size.
    I absolutely love this heating pad! Sunbeam is a well trusted company and they've really won me over with the small size of this heating pad. It's actually small enough to fit in my desk drawer at work and it has helped me so much .i have a larger one at home but this small one is definitely my favorite !

    Convenient size
    I suffer from frequent sciatic pain and this heating pad is the perfect size for my lower back problems. There is only an on/off switch but the heat level is perfect for me. I have yet to use it with any type of moisture but the pad is sealed in such a way that I'm sure a moist cloth would be fine. I definitely recommend this for relief from pain.
