LOVE IT!!
I love that the cover doesnt come of the heating pad like other cover because it is already sewn on the pad!! Great that you can switch to automatic shut off or extend the heat to constant!! Love it ️

Disapointed
This was a great heating pad when it worked but it's lifespan is very short. Bought one and lasted about a year then I got the infamous flashing "F" so I called Sunbeam customer service and they were great, went ahead and sent me another one free of charge. But this one has lasted about 8-9 months and the flashing "F" is back on. No matter what I do to try to reset this pad I keep getting the same message. Will throw this away and go elsewhere to get a different pad. By far this was the nicest one and heated the fastest but very short lifespan.

After N hour or two the solid green light comes in but the pad doesn't heat up. Very disappointed asince I have a strained muscle in my hip and it worked fine at first.BobSueD

I use the lowest setting and it never gets too hot. I love that it doesn't have a separate cover to get twisted around the heating pad and that the whole thing is washable. I always reorder by the model number to make sure I get this particular heating pad.Diane

Large size and soft, flexible material make this a great heating pad. The auto off timer option is another plus, It has 6 heat levels but I find #2 is plenty warm. Have been using for weeks. Since I tend to want the heat overnight, I can't wait until someone figures out how to offer a wireless alternative. Until then, I will use and enjoy this Sunbeam King Express Heat model.happydaughter

This size is great, when you lay on it, it fits your full back for comfort. I especially like the soft micro plus pad that is fully washable. The plastic heating pads are very uncomfortable and get too hot. This one is soft and heats up just right! You can really feel a difference when you lay on it! I would recommend trying this one out because of the feel and the length.MariAlice

At the 1 year mark the deadly F flashed and nothing fixed it. Called Sunbeam and they replaced it under the 5 year warranty. At the 1 year mark of the new one, it too died. I called and it was replaced. Here comes another year. I believe that my original 5 year warranty covers the 2 replacements. At this rate I may need 3 more replacements. I thought I was the only one to have this problem. Another improvement would be a plug into the pad with grippers on each side to hold it tightly on.Dubll

I noticed people complaining about the flashing F - Unplug the unit from the wall, check to be sure the plug at the heating pad is pushed in all the way, then plug it back into the wall. The F will go away. You MUST unplug it from the wall!Goldie

Been using it regularly for an entire 12 or 13 days and it has quit on me. There were no complaints until it suddenly started flashing "F" on the display screen, and now nothing happens. What's worse, neither the manual nor the website make any indication that they have ever heard of such a Failure or malfunction with this product line. I can live with the fact that heating pads don't last forever, but would appreciate some level of acknowledgement from the manufacturer that these "could" burn out before you would expect them to.DissatisfiedCustomer
