Good job and no need in gutter cleaning companies
The attachment did better job than gutter cleaning companies. I bought 2 packs to be able to clean gutters on 2 story house. I realized that lots of leaves and dirt have never been removed by gutter cleaning companies which explains why rainwater was not going to the downspouts. It also offers an independence from other people since I can do it on my schedule.

Disappointed With Sun Joe/Snow Joe
I ordered this last week, and it came missing the Green Connector. Instead, I was sent two of the same Connectors. Sun Joe says to contact their customer service if something is missing. After having a hard time getting through due to long wait times, I sent an email. Sun Joe will not send me the missing part, which I paid for when I ordered this (it's even pictured on the box and in the manual), unless I buy and register the blower it's meant for. This might not be a big deal for some, but I purchased the product expecting what was listed and shown on the box. Is it really that difficult to send the missing part? I also want to note that it's incredibly flimsy, loosely connects together, and really isn't as long as they try to advertise it as. Overall, I think the poor quality of their product and customer service speak volumes to what you're getting - don't expect this company to uphold their warranties or quality promises.

The one little plastic attachment nub can't hold even the weight of the plastic tubing so you constantly have to hold the tubing firmly on the blower while using it or it'll fall off, requiring more effort to do the work. I give it two stars because yes it can blow some air into gutters.John

When all the pieces a utilized it is a little flimsy (meaning it bends some) and hard to handle. I would have like it to be more study when all the pieces are used and maybe one more extender included.Beth

Only issue is the tubing does sway as the air is being blowed thru and tends to move. The attachment does move and can come loose and requires adjusting to stay more secure. The only problem I had is, where the sections screw together they loosen up and come apart, so after you screw the section together tape the sections with duck tape. Still it saves you time and the burden of climbing up and down ladders .rsb13
