I would like someone to call me about this the phone is doing random things , such as deleting messages, not letting me delete photos , can't hear someone on other end .....

    it came all messed up and the screen protected was jank. it's a good phone. recommend you paying the extra for better quality. the sides of the phone is all messed up but a case covers it. happy with my phone?

    I'll give it a 3 star…
    We just got the phone it was fast delivery, it had a couple of dents you can tell it was dropped a couple of times. Nothing but a phone case can cover it up. Anyways, i guess The battery isn't recognizable, because it's not an apple piece product so I cannot get the notification off the phone. I'm assuming it'll always be there which I do not like but what can we do. I guess I have to go to an Apple Store to get it replaced with an OG. Wish i didn't have to. But for a refurbished phone it's not bad at all. I'll have to see how it'll function for my daughter to really give a fair review. Overall it looks almost brand new, and it's functional… let's see what happens after Christmas when she receives it.

    Great if it came with the charger
    Great phone but I received it without a charger! For $600 do you think you would get a charger with it!! A little disappointment that I had to spend extra money to be able to charge my phone letsA little disappointment that I had to spend extra money to be able to charge my phone thats brand new!!

    Coming from a Samsung Galaxy s5 and I feel as if I've entered into a new world of phone o.o I'm just amazed by this quality. My partner has the pro max version and they are comparably similar. This camera quality is great and I didn't see the need to get the pro max or even the 12. This phone is certainly the upgrade I needed, to say the least. Straight talk was very helpful in getting me set up from an Android. :)

    Sad But True!!!!!!
    I purchased this for my job as this was said to be a quality phone. I have been a Samsung user for years. The voice quality on this phone does NOT compare with Samsung. I cannot use the speaker phone without losing connection or losing sound level to zero. Everyone tells me where did you go? I literally did not move. So so far not impressed with this iphone!!! If I could go back to Samsung I would purchase another Android.

    Takes Getting Used To
    After having an Iphone 6 for years it does take some getting used to the iphone11. No home button is quite a change. None of the apps need to close so a new habit of swiping them away has to be developed. Watching videos in landscape mode can be tricky because the power button easily shuts you down. Never had this problem before. Got stuck in youtube and couldn't make it close and side button doesn't help at all. However, one great asset is video games stay open even in the middle of a game no matter how long you put the phone away for. Don't like the fact that you are forced to use Apple earbuds or wireless. There's no audio plug for my favorite earbuds I used on the 6. Battery lasts a long time and camera is really excellent.

    Great Phone! Worth the buy!
    I bought an IPhone 4s back in like 2013, Upgraded to an IPhone 6s in 2015, Then a 6s Plus, Then an 8s Plus and now the IPhone 11. And I must say I LOVE it. I wasn't sure about how different it would be because it doesn't have a home button, But I love the full touch even more. It has an amazing camera. I wanted purple but they were sold out so I go the mint greenish/blue color and it's so pretty. Would definitely recommend!!
