    Nightmare Customer Service. Defective Devices. Non-refundable, Impossible to see how much balance remaining on the device even though the device is designed as otherwise. Service rep says it comes that way. The rep was angry at the customer for asking questions.

    Don't Purchase This
    I spent $55 on a $40 card and then on a $15 card because I thought I had made a mistake, but no matter how often I tried, I could not get the hyperlink to work and the 5 GB of data I ordered and paid for was never made available. I emailed support and did not get a response. This may be a problem with Straight Talk, but I am still out $55 to Walmart.

    This was an easy, quick and accurate purchase.
    Straight Talk Broadband is a great way to have internet service on a pay as you go service. I have had no problem with getting on line, no interruptions, no freezing up and no cut offs while I am surfing the internet.

    For regular browsing, this seems to be the best plan - and it's for 2 months. If we have plenty of data left close to the end of the 2 months, we'll watch movies online. In one week of general browsing, we've only used a teaspoon out of the bucket.

    Bought the straight talk wifi hotspot and then purchased the card as we travel in an RV and stay at places for an extended time. Plugged in charged loaded card followed directions and on line in no time and where we are now get very good reception sometimes faster then our home internet. Glad I got it and am able to surf internet and do email without heading out to local starbucks, save money that way!!
