Worth it!
If you are currently using 4 separate plans for your family and you want to bundle, this is the best value! BUT! It's not as easy as buying it, getting the PINs in an email and loading them using the text feature (Add to 611611). You actually have to call support and have them send a code via text to each phone you want on the plan to verify the phone number. So the set up takes patience and a little time. And it's best to have all phones with you during that process. But smooth sailing after that. I get the best plan and save $100 a month! Worth it!

Still haven't received the card through email.
I have bought these in the past. Would not buy them right now. I ordered one and got an email saying that my order was complete and that I would receive the card codes in a second email. Waited three days and still not receive them. Called, Walmart and they said they would cancel the order. I then tried to make another order, and still have not received that one. There is some kind of glitch in the system right now.

    READ ALL REVIEWS FIRST!!!
    All my phones on the same account. First pin put it on reserve. Second pin didn't go into reserve. So I decided to not enter the rest of the remaining pins until the end dates. I won't be using this long. Got excited about this thinking all would be put on reserve just like any other pins do in the past. Nope! They steal. They steal your hard earned money, and force you to lose any remaining balance. Like the other guy mentioned. Turn them in for not stating any info about this, or people having to have the same account. Failing to indicate all info. Go ahead like all the rest of us. Take a risk, and find out like we all had to do. Thinking that this was going to add to reserve, and you could add it to any straight talk account. Not! If verizon really took over this year, and cares. Then they should step up, and correct this matter asap! We who like straight talk took a jump on this to save money in the long run instead of buying monthly cards, or like myself bought year cards. That's a savings of 960.00 a year back into our pockets. If my data slows down like one person mentioned. That will another strike on straight talk. I don't have the time for this incompetence.

    I have waited for these pins for 11 hours….and now….I can't add them to my phone lines….Say cannot process? Anyone want to explain this. All phones are straight talk….

    Not worth it - poor customer service.
    Think really long and hard before you get straight talk. I've been trying to consolidate 4 straight talk lines to a family plan, and have been on the phone for 5 hours with 8 different people so far. And not near done, I expect to have to continue tomorrow. Completely unacceptable customer service, language barrier, and you can tell some of their employees really don't want to be at work. Phone coverage is fine, but the customer service is awful. We're planning on leaving - we've been happy customers for many years until now - and find a better company with a functional customer service department. I've wasted half my Sunday. Infuriating.

    Does not add 30 days of refill to your lines!!!
    To get the full 30 days of refill for each line in your account, you must renew it on the last day of your current monthly plan. It will only add 30 days from the day you refill, it will not add 30 days to your current end date. I always refill our lines early, and I just lost over a month worth of coverage across my 4 lines.

    Buyer beware! More trouble than it's worth.
    Buyer beware! No where on the phone card does it state anything about having to combine accounts. We have tried everything to get these cards added. We spoke to someone on the phone. I spoke with someone in the help text. I literally gave him the names, phone numbers, the phone card code for each phone and was told there was nothing that they could do. Even with the imei still couldn't add them to our account.

    got it after 7 1/2 hours -Customer service sucks
    I had to merge my daughter's and my husband's on my account the night before which took hours. Then bought a fourth phone and added it. It over 7 1/2 hours to get the lines all straightened out. When the 4th line was added, my daughter's disappeared on my account. When it was finally added back and I tried to add the pin to the other three phones I got a reply text saying “This PIN is not compatible with this transaction or device. Please enter another PIN. If you would like to buy one instead, reply BUY.” Every time I tried talking to someone I would get disconnected. I finally talked to this one representative for almost two hours who finally got our minutes added to our phones. We all were able to keep our end dates so we all are different weeks. Just know you have 7 days after using your first pin to use the other pins or they become voided and are no longer any good. I will update this after trying to add minutes again to see what happens.

    I read nowhere that the phones had to be on the same account so it looks like I've wasted 75$ because they aren't merging my existing 4 lines into 1 account so this was worthless. Very upsetting.

    wouldn't load to one of our phones. called staight talk and never did get to talk to representative. phones it did load to sent end date of 8/14/23 .
