Frustrated customer
Very poor quality - door on cabinet was off Hinge when it arrived. Had to immediately order replacement hinge pins. Told by Stack -on customer service it would take a month to send because they were very busy. Bottom line I can't use the cabinet until pins arrive

    As per usual, damaged in transit. No sense in returning because it's ALWAYS damaged in some way. Top, bottom and sides...nothing was spared from damage. Lock is hard to turn. Feels like key is going to break off in it.

    Excellent Cabinet
    This is an excellent gun cabinet. It's not as secure as a safe but is perfect to keep firearms locked away from kids and guests which is what I needed. Perfect size to put in a closet. It's very well made. The included shelf is small so I made a shelf to replace it and added another for additional storage. Shipping was very quick and the cabinet was well packaged. It arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommend these. And they are made in the USA.

    Adequate gun storage, but could be easily improved
    This is a pretty good locking gun cabinet, but it's a stretch to call it a "safe". It is large enough to store 8 long guns, or as I have it, lots of ammo and 3 long guns. The shelf is capable of holding quite a bit of ammunition as well as pistols. Cons: the shelf and resting nooks for the long arms would be a lot nicer if there were multiple mounting places. As they are I had to store ammunition under my rifles in order for their barrels to reach the nook. This can be fixed by drilling new holes, but really they should be drilled before it gets to the consumer. It's not like this is a fireproof safe that would lose its integrity if it had more holes in it.

    To Flimsy, Thin Metal, Dents, Poor Shipping
    Item was delivered today. The delivery person sure made sure to be extremely quite so when I opened my door their it was. Its funny because some mentioned the exact same thing prior to me buying this one how its like they sneak up quietly to deliver. Unboxed it today and of course like everyone said it has dents all over it. So I started a return. I bought this because of the reviews FYI. Ok here's what you need to know before you purchase: 1. Metal is light and flimsy (why it can be dented so easily in my opinion). Feels cheap 2. The box says this container weighs 70 lbs approx. (It was light enough that I carried the box all the way upstairs to my closet) -Not cool. EZ to steal. Must anchor to something to be secure. 3. If you're on a budget of $150 or less and are not looking for a heavy gun safe, BUT just want a place to store your guns, documents, etc without kids getting into them for dirt cheap.. Then this might be for you. (I wouldn't recommend honestly but some of us got to do what you got to do). 4. The way it was packaged was bad or delivered? All of the foam inserts where broke. Keys where not taped to anything but just freely floating around. Keys work good, no issue with lock. 5. I would say you take a chance when you buy this product. Whoever does the shipping and delivery obviously doesn't take good care of their stuff. As there are many complaints about dent, keys not working and or missing.

    Damaged, Open Box item sold as New
    This gun cabinet is NOT new. It's clearly one that has been returned damaged and then resold to me. The bottom corner is dented in and paint chipped. It was shipped upside down. And the plastic wrap and Styrofoam packing was lying loose at the bottom of the box, and the box was taped shut using multiple pieces of tape, clearly not from the manufacturer. The cabinet does function and the damage is mostly at the bottom, so it is usable. It's a slightly damaged, open box item that was sold as a "New" item. I will seek a discount from Walmart.

    Serious quality control issues at StackOn.
    From other reviews, I expected the box to be a bit banged up from shipment. It was. What I didn't expect was for the safe itself to have been damaged BEFORE shipment. There were two dents in the safe in areas that had no damage to the exterior shipping box. See pictures. Obviously, these came from manufacturing. A nit is that they used a sealable envelope to package all the screws and random parts. No problem there. When they removed the strip to expose the adhesive on the envelope, instead of throwing it in the garbage, they sent it to me so that I could dispose of their manufacturing waste.
