Good supplement
Seem to be good VitaminD3 supplements. One objection is that they are hard to pick up out of my pill sorter boxes. They're too small to get ahold of easily. But I will continue buying them, nonetheless.

    I'm not sure what kind of difference I should be looking for I am a shut in and I get almost no sun, so I take D3. When I've been on it long enough to notice a difference I will be able to review it more completely.

    These are good vitaminD3 soft gels that I take everyday. The price is really good also. Other sites want $7 for one bottle and I got 2 bottles for less then $6.00.

    success with Spring Valley Vitamin D3
    my sister is allergic to most foods and medications and vitamins. She carries an epipen. With Spring Valley Vitamin D she uses 400IU 3 times daily. She experiences no side effects whatsoever. She has tried the expensive brands only to get hives or itchy skin after 1 dose. So for her Spring Valley Vitamin D is an important part of her daily regimen. I, too, use this and experience no adverse side effects. I also have a severe reaction to vitamins, but Spring Valley works out beautifully for us. sparklynnglitter
