Handled Medicine Ball
This is one of my favorite pieces of exercise equipment. The handles make it a versatile piece of equipment allowing you to use it in a variety of different ways.

Returning product
The 8 lb ball was not going to work for me. I thought it was more solid, but was really deflated. It also had a greasy film that smelled pretty bad on it. Even after washing it with soap and water I couldn't get rid of it. The film got all over my workout mat and made it slippery. I wish it would have worked out, I like the concept.

    Dual grip makes this far superior to other medicine balls. Gentle on wrists, love it for all weighted core moves, and classic for russian twists and pilates.
