Just finished putting together! Took less than two hours and directions were very easy to follow. If you are looking for something that lines up correctly and is perfectly symmetrical, this is not it. Pieces would not line up evenly no matter how I put it together. But its really nice and great quality, also very sturdy and so beautiful. My girls could obviously care less (let alone notice) that the pieces dont line up perfectly and thats all that matters! They both love it and it looks so nice set up in the backyard, much nicer than the plastic playhouses. Very happy with my purchase.

Do not buy!! It was falling apart out of the box
Cheap!!! Crap! Dry Rot!!!as soon as I took it out of the box all Of the siding started falling off. The siding is held on by small staples. The staples do not penetrate the wood it's connecting too. I'm highly disappointed.

    Disappointed with purchase.
    The kit arrived with the box all torn and pieces of the house were broken off, scrapped to crap on the wall sides. I am returning it to our local Walmart. It was for our great nieces birthday which was a big disappointment to her as she was left with nothing!!!!

    The instructions were a little confusing at times. Some of the Pre assembled parts were poorly put together. Otherwise its a solid product.

    Beautiful Playhouse
    This is a beautiful playhouse. The wood is nice and it smells amazing. You should go in knowing that it may not line up perfectly since some of the preassembly isn't perfect. Our door has a gap and I read another review that said the same thing. It took a few hours and you definitely need more than one person. But the only tool we needed was a screwdriver. We put all but the roof on and then moved it to its final location and it wasn't that hard to move. Probably no more than 3 maybe 4 kids could play in it at once. It is very high quality

    Fast wood playhouse
    This play house was very easy to put together it also was very easy for just myself to assemble rather quickly in about four hours. The instructions were simple yet detailed enough that I was able to get started late at night after everyone was asleep. I was able to even finish while my kids played in the background since the instructions were very easy to understand. Nothing was that hard to figure out or to put together. You really did not need an extra set of hands to help with holding anything. All the pieces were very nice quality wood and were stained beautifully. The colors were very nice like a reddish cinnamon type of wood color and the other color was like a dark turquoise like almost black it was very hard to describe how it looked but it's very pretty with the reddish color wood. All the plastic pieces such as the windows come already attached to the wood making set up even easier and quicker. They are white plastics and look like good quality that will hold up even though they are plastic. They do not open. There is no floor it would be the ground. But you could easily put this house on top of concrete or some other kind a base if you'd like. The door was easy to install but it seemed a little too small for the opening. Meaning in the end there is a gap of about an inch where there is no door. Other than that I don't see any design flaws and my kids do not notice or care about the one inch That keeps the door from fully looking like it is closed. The house smells very nice like cedar and it does not have a chemical smell from any of the stains. It was also packaged very nicely and very minimal dings to the wood. There was one of the Wall planters that seemed as though it might have been stepped on or damaged in delivery. It could have been my kids though and when I attached it to the house it did not seem to matter anyway since it was held firmly in place to the house anyways. I saw that it was recommended for kids 3 to 10 years old. My kids that are six and eight love it. It seems like a good size for my eight-year-old even she is on the petite side so she is able to play in there good. I think honestly though that a normal sized ten year old would probably feel a little slouched over most of the time inside the house. I think the most favorite part for my girls is the wall planters. They really like the idea of going to the Walmart and picking out them some new flowers to add to their new house. My six year old loves going in and out of the hinged door. The eight year old can easily get out of the window. My girls really do enjoy this house and I recommend and love having it! Thank you!

    Our whole family was waiting for this package to be delivered very eagerly and when it came it was on a perfect Saturday. It was a heavy package my wife had to help me carry it straight to the backyard. There were a lot of pieces to put together but the directions were very well stated. It took me about two to three hours to assemble the play house. It is very high quality wood and once assembled it was very sturdy. The one thing to notice is that the door gave me tough time to put in as the hinges were hard to put together. But at the end it worked fine. I really like the color combination and also the natural wood colors. The windows are decent sized but the main door is a bit small in length for my liking. None the less it is great fun for kids, both boys and girls. We have this placed outdoors in our backyard and I'm pleasantly surprised to see that it keeps rain out and also it doesn't gets over heated when the sun is out. One thing to note is that it is hard to move when the play house is assembled so plan to assemble it at the same place where you want to keep it.

    Fun for all ages!
    When getting something that I need to do a review on from Spark I try to do my homework and find out all I can about the Product so I know what I'm getting. I got a Sports power Bellevue Wood Playhouse. This playhouse comes with a wood roof and wide-open windows for viewing. Dimensions is 42 x 46 x 55 inches nice size for my 2-year-old and it's nice and sturdy. But, on reading about Cedar and looking at the playhouse when we got it. I think this is Pine with a spray to look like it is Cedar. The house is not water poof or sun resistant (to fading). Also, on putting it together find that it didn't line up just right with the prefab holds it came with. So not we have extra holds in it. There are white dots and scratches on it where it didn't get sprayed all the way. I know it a little more work but, we are going to put a clear coat of deck sealer on it so maybe it will last a little longer. I would highly recommend doing this.

    A little girls dream!
    My daughter is 3 and is in LOVE with this playhouse!!!! My niece who is 1 loves that she can open & close the little door. They both love they can go stick their heads out the windows or even the door! This is a basic little house & it's perfect. We added an old phone with a short cord to give it a little more house type feel. They played in this for hours straight! It was really easy to put together. Not very heavy after putting it together so it was easy to move. I haven't moved it to where it will go yet but I know it's doable myself if need be. The color of the wood is a nice rich color. If you're buying this for an older kid 5 & Up my nephew is 5 & fits in it well but does have to crouch down a bit to get in. Once he is in he can stand up all the way.

    So cute
    I love this wooden playhouse, it is very cute and relatively sturdy. It did take some time and help to put together, so if you are doing it alone it might take a few hours I am happy with it except that the door fell apart, which I was not able to fix yet.
