Great value
For the price, this rack is tough to beat. Thule bought Sportsrack years ago, and you can see elements in the design. The mounts with the anti sway are definitely Thule inspired, but the straps are old Thule. The rubber on the straps take some strength. No way this would hold 3 bikes without damaging the bikes. Overall well built and a great value.

Not for kids bikes
Misleading. Tried to put one ladies bike and two kids bikes on without success. Then I figured out I needed an adapter for the ladies bike—this should be made clear in the description. I'm sure three men's bikes would fit fine. The other problem—the rubber lashings are impossible to close. I returned this item.

3.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser11/12/2018Good budget bike rackGood budget bike rack. Durability should be sufficient except for everyday use. Adjusting it is a bit time consuming but not a problem if not having to change for different cars.Doug

4.00 out of 5 stars reviewVerified Purchaser09/23/2015Good Value For What You GetI found it fairly simple to install the rack on our Jeep Patriot. I particularly like the buckles which made the straps easy to adjust. Installing the bikes on the rack was a little more difficult. If you have bikes with baskets, fenders, or other "bulky" accessories that you do not want to scratch, you may only have enough room to put 2 bikes on the rack rather than three. A lot of kids' bikes may not fit this rack. The cradles have a tendency to slide around while the vehicle is moving so I recommend using the slack of the top 2 rack straps and tying those straps around the bike closest to the vehicle to keep that bike from sliding around. Overall, I was pleased with the performance of the bike rack.Wolf
