    The right oil for the job.
    We decided to switch to canola oil because of the high saturated fat in coconut oil. My husband says his popcorn now tastes like corn, the coconut oil was adding a taste which he wasn't nuts about. Will be using for higher heat cooking. I will also be switching to Spectrum for my olive oil. It's a shame I can't find the canola oil at my local Walmart.

    It's very very difficult to find non-GMO, completely organic, 100% canola oil. This is a high-quality oil at a reasonable price, and it's even packaged in glass, not plastic! Can't figure out who could ever think oil in a plastic bottle is acceptable anyway, but this product is in glass, and I couldn't be more pleased.

    Good All-purpose Vegetable Oil
    Canola oil is a good product, and Walmart.com is a reliable source for organic canola oil at a good price. I've had nothing but good results while using this product in my kitchen. Canola oil doesn't change the flavor of foods like olive oil does, and it's a good source of omega 3. It's a good choice for an all-purpose oil...baking, frying, salads, etc.
