Great item
Came in time my son was so excited because his remote that came with his game had stopped working for some reason, so I decided to come online to shop I found this remote at a great price so that made me happy. I will definitely order from you all again and recommend others thanks.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!
This is a fake please don't spend your money on it!! I'm in the process of a refund. One of the ways to know it's a fake is because this one came with a usb and the audio is the worse while using headphones it only works on the left side barely

    Wouldn't recommend at all.
    This is a Sony controller but it's from another country so the manufacture warranty won't help you. The joysticks from the start were stiff and would get stuck. I won't be buying controllers from Walmart online anymore, I will just be buying them in store from now on. I wouldn't recommend buying this to be honest.

    Defectve product sole as new.
    PS4 controller: Right thumb stick intermittently malfunctions by A) Uncontrolled response analogous to rotation (rarely), and B) A lack of operation with direct-right commands (frequent and routine). Both of the errors are corrected by un-pairing, then pairing - and will persist in proper functioning for a time and then fail, which suggests that it is a non-mechanical, electronic/interface issue.

    package was a mess when it arrived. The controller packaging was ripped, smashed, and falling apart. The controller almost fell out when i picked it up. we will see if the controller itself works ok.

    Almost perfect
    It came in a bag instead of a box, so the box that contained the controller was damaged. Otherwise this is a genuine ps4 pro controller and it is overall just what I wanted.

    Not a real Sony DualShock 4
    Buyer beware. I was drawn by this Sony branded alleged DualShock 4 and the better than average price, but this is a fake controller. It shows with all Sony branding, but it's a knock off. A real controller weighs in at ~217 grams. This controller is at 193 grams. Attached are images of my legitimate black Sony DualShock 4 and this red knock off.

    THIS IS A FAKE PRODUCT. It is NOT a Dualshock 4 controller, but rather a cheap knock-off. There is a large weight discrepancy, as well as visual details and textural details that do not match.

    Well, it looks like they were out of the electric purple. So they replaced it with a jet black one. A little disappointed since I was really excited about the purple. Just wish it was accurate or even a simple heads up. :/ System issue, service was perfect.

    Bad PS4 Controller
    I strongly believe that this is not an authentic PS4 controller! Even though it has the PS4 symbol on the middle button, the weight is a whole lot lighter than my other genuine PS4 controllers and the game play is horrible and not smooth at all! In my attached picture, the blue controller is what I just bought from Walmart website and the black one is not an official PS4 controller. The thing is they both weigh the same and their game play is the same which is not smooth at all as the official PS4 controller. The game play was so bad on this new remote blue controller i just ordered from Wal-Mart that I had to go to game stop today to buy a used controller.

    Great Deal
    Package arrived late and was delayed, most likely due to carrier. Package came in a Sony ps4 box and has the logo on the button. Came with usb charger. The package was not damaged and product seems to be functional. Charging now before using. Overall happy with this product.
