it looked easy to assemble even tho it looked sturdy. when received, it WAS sturdy and easy to assemble.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!! POORLY MADE!!!
For starters, I did not want to even give this one star, but they force you to give it atleast one start, I guess that is for the effort to get it to your door - thanks UPS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!!!!!!!!! This futon sits on the floor and looks like it belongs in a small kids room next to a toddler bed, it is not much taller. The metal baskets do not fit under the futon correctly and the front panels of the baskets do not align together, one sits off side from the leg and the other fits up against the leg. The baskets do not slide within the rails and comes off when sliding them out. The screw holes in the basket panels were not aligned and had to zip tie one side because the screw fitting was sitting under the board and covering. Lastly the top of the futon is ROCK hard and would give anyone a back ache who attempted to sleep on it. I wish they could just come and take it back, this futon is a prime example of you get what you paid for. I wanted the storage but obviously made the wrong choice there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

    It's cute
    Good value for a young soldier but hard as a rock to sit or sleep on ... It looks super cute in his apartment though.... wouldn't recommend sleeping on it without padding

    Total waste of my money. It came ripped, the delivery of it was bad, the sofa is so small looks like for dolls, and installing it was hard. So sad. I lost my money on it.

    it's not what I expected two small like for a small child. I'm having my family visiting for one week it's too late to order another or return very disappointed it looks. so different from the picture

    The color the texture and construction is great
    This futon is comfortable to sit on. The only thing I dont like is how low it is to the floor. I did use my furniture extenders and it raises the futon up so you dont feel like your knees are in your chest.

    Not accurate dimensions
    I like the color and the fact that it has drawers for storage. The description of the futon stated that it folds out into a full size bed however it most definitely does NOT! It folds out into a twin size just barely. My son is right at 5 feet and his feet hang off the end. It is also super hard. We had to get a 4 inch mattress topper for it (which is also a twin size topper that we had to cut down to fit the futon)

    An Average Futon with Average Quality.
    The couch has a few Pros and Cons, these are some I've noticed this may vary from different buyers. Pros: The Couch is designed nicely, it has a mid-century modern design. The adjustable reclining feature is great for those who enjoy leaning back as they sit. The Couch drawers are great for storing TV remotes, Magazines, Snacks Blankets, Slippers, and other small living room needs. Setting it up is quick and easy. The Futon is 5 feet 9 inches long, perfect for shorter people. Cons: The pull-out futon's drawers don't line up with the rails underneath the futon. I was hoping the drawers would be similar to dresser drawers, where they're secured in and have no trouble being pulled out or pushed in, but every time I pulled out the futon drawers it would derail from the rail, there's no secure rail grip like for dressers and depending on how your couch was made the drawers will either not fully reach to the other side or will not be able to fully slide in. The Legs are made of Chrome, but feel like they will bend or break if applied force to, I rather have the Legs be Made out of Metal for more support. The Futon isn't designed like most futons, The base of the futon is a wooden Box Spring. and feel like if I accidentally sit too hard on it one of the straps from the box spring will break. The Futon has some loose Furniture Staples and certain areas of the futon feel cheap or feel like it will rip, like the back of the futon which uses a cheap polyester. If you're looking for a Couch/Bed I recommend buying somewhere else, but if you're on a budget and don't mind sleeping on a reclining queen box spring futon than this the futon for you.
