Nice scent - Antibacterial is a Plus
I love the mellow clean scent. Easy pump bottle. Works up a good lather. I will definitely be buying a refill of this when we run out.

If it's NOT broken, don't fix it!
I loved the original formula of this soap. It is no longer available in the large refill. I purchased 2 of the small size with a pump and poured it into my clear kitchen soap container. When the new formula mixed with the old, a horrible white scum formed! WHAT THE ----! It is gross and no one wants to use it on their hands. Please bring back the large refill in the original formula. This was not a sample (re: question below)

    Package incorrectly
    The product itself is fine it came in a defective box though and her foxes didn't take down the opening part of this product to keep it from leaking all over the other products that came with it. Which damage one of the books with soap.

    although in theory the added sticker to hold the lid in place is a good idea, when removed it leaves a sticky residue that I could not remove

    Broken bottle, had to throw away
    I am 3 miles from Walmart, but this was shipped from NY - 2,800 miles away. The bottle of soap cost $3 in the store, but but I was charged $8. The bottle was broken, and the packing envelope was filled with soap.

    Used to be a 5 star liquid soap.
    I've used this product for years in my kitchen because it was so different from the other liquid soaps. It had tiny particles in it and did not leave a residue, making it great for vegetables. It left a squeaky clean feeling rather than a moisturized feeling that you don't want on your vegetables, but didn't dry out my skin. The previous formula cleaned better and required a smaller amount to do the job. The old bottle had a rectangular shape. I included a pic. If you want the old formula back like I do, please let them know, too.

    Works well but refill turns milky white and seperates
    The primary pkg is great product works well but when the refill was bought and added to dispenser the soap became separated and milky and almost a watery dispense.We love the product but we are not sure what's going on as we had to throw everything out from all the dispensers. so again we bought your product used and bought the refill once more but again the same thing happened with the refill.Please let us know why this happens but as of today we probably won't try your product again.

    This is NOT "Kitchen Fresh Hands"
    It is very misleading to call this "Kitchen Fresh Hands". Other than the color and the packaging there is no similarity with the original. I am very disappointed. The original was great for my son's hand eczema. This new version sucks the moisture from skin; probably shouldn't use it if you have dry skin or eczema. I totally relied on the brand and "scent" when purchasing this.

    Don't Waste Your Money!
    This new version of kitchen soap is awful. It's watery, smells terrible, doesn't lather and is nothing like the original. In short, don't waste your money on this product. SoftSoap should bring back the original and until they do I will buy kitchen soap elsewhere.
