Soft Scrub Lemon Total All Purpose Bath & Kitchen Cleanser, 36 oz I received the Soft Scrub Lemon Total All Purpose Bath & Kitchen Cleanser (36 oz bottle) for free through the Spark Reviewer program just in time for my Spring cleaning. I love Soft Scrub products! The lemon scent is pleasant and fresh (no chemical or bleach smell). I can clean multiple surfaces safely without risk of scratching. Worked great on my glass top electric stove. I was able to take a coffee stain out of my kitchen counter top that had been there forever! I tried on my kitchen linoleum floors and also my bathtub, bathroom sinks and tile floor. I used on my plastic laundry tub with great results and I even tried on my ceramic cookware bottoms (on dark stains that had been there for months) they came out sparkling. Soft Scrub Lemon Total All Purpose Bath & Kitchen Cleanser is a great multi use product.

    POOR PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING.
    Love the Soft Scrub, did NOT like how they were shipped. Below is other products that came in the same box: (1) 6/Cento San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes, 28 Oz cans (2) 3/Soft Scrub All Purpose Cleanser, 2 lb 4 oz 3) 1/Downy Cool Cotton, 150 Loads Liquid Fabric Softener, 129 fl oz ALL THESE ITEMS WERE IN THE SAME BOX, THE FABRIC SOFTENER HAD LEAKED OUT ABOUT 1 C. OF LIQUID BECAUSE THE TOMATOES WERE TOO HEAVY TO PUT WITH THE HEAVY FABRIC SOFTENER. VERY POOR PACKAGING FOR SHIPPING.

    Soft Scrub is the brand I favor. I have used it for many years and like to try the new varieties they come out with. The all purpose is new to me. I have tried it on a few surfaces and find it effective for most. However, I was not satisfied with its performance on the kitchen sinks. The Soft Scrub with bleach and the Soft Scrub grease cutter varieties are much better for that. The sinks are stainless steel and need a little more power to clean. It works well on the counter tops and the marble look-alike bathroom sinks and counter tops that don't need as much power. There are a number of other surfaces I will try it out on when the occasion arises. The lemon scent is a plus. I really like the fragrance of lemons. In a cleanser the lemon scent leaves me with the impression that the area is fresh and clean. In all, I would recommend it. Whether or not I would buy it will depend on the number of surfaces on which it works better than the other varieties.

    My Bathtub is Shiny and Clean
    It came out of the bottle creamy white and left my bathroom nice and clean with the scent of lemon in the air. Yes, you are really wondering what I am now talking about. Well it is, are you ready, Soft Scrub Lemon Total All Purpose Bath & Kitchen Cleanser. I have issues with my bathtub which is in the 1960s weird pink and it was starting to look really dull and ugly with hard water stains and soap scum. It seemed like it would take me forever to get it shiny and very clean. So I squirted some Soft Scrub in the tub and used a soft sponge to spread it around the bottom and on the sides. Boy, I was pleasantly surprised because I did not have to use any elbow grease since the soap scum and stains just disappeared from the surface. Next, I then rinsed the tub with water and my bath tub was nice and clean and shiny. I also noticed when I went back into the bathroom, the lemon scent was still there which made the whole room smell fresh and clean. My next tackle was the very old porcelain kitchen sink. I have been in the house since 1992 and this old sink was here. It has been through a lot of my messes and it is hard to clean. So I, again, squirted Soft Scrub creamy white liquid into my sink. Just like the bathroom tub, I followed the same steps and once I was finished, I could not believe how different it looks now. It is white and left the kitchen with that fresh lemon scent. Besides cleaning the above, Soft Scrub Lemon Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleaner cleans surfaces throughout the house removing limescale in the bathroom. Further, in the kitchen it will make grease, grime and food stains disappear. This product is safe to use on a multitude of surfaces, including stainless steel, chrome, granite, Corian, porcelain, ceramic, plastic laminate and glass-top stoves. This Soft Scrub cleanser comes in a 36 oz value size bottle and contains no phosphorus. Soft Scrub is tough on stains but is gentle on surfaces and leaves a fresh lemon scent. So the next time you go to the store and need to clean, remember to try Soft Scrub Lemon Total All Purpose Bath and Kitchen Cleaner and I hope you will like it as much as I do.

    Perfect for Tough Stains
    Soft Scrub is my go-to for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom tub. I usually purchase Soft Scrub with bleach but I wanted to give the non-bleach all purpose cleaner a try in the hopes of saving a few of my shirts from getting bleach spots on them. I was happily surprised when I tested Soft Scrub Total All Purpose on my stained kitchen sink. For daily cleaning, I tend to quickly use the dish soap on the sink after I have washed dishes. Let's face it, using dish soap doesn't do anything to tackle the stains that build up in the sink. So every so often I take out the Soft Scrub and do a thorough cleaning of the kitchen. I usually squeeze out a small amount on the surface I'm cleaning and wipe it around to cover the surface completely. Then I let it do it's thing for a bit and come back to rinse it clean. Soft Scrub is pasty white so it can take a few rinses to get it completely off. When it rinses off you are usually left without much scrubbing to do. I took a before and after of my sink. The second photo is without any scrubbing effort, just a rinse. I'm sure I could add a bit more Soft Scrub and it would clean off the rest or I could actually scrub a bit and it would shine. It also works great on yucky tubs that have been a bit neglected. The lemon scent was mild and not overpowering which I like. I would say I was surprised how well the non-bleach version worked. I did spill it on my shorts when cleaning the sink and I'm happy to say they are not ruined with a bleach stain! I recommend this cleaner to anyone wanting an alternative to bleach and those who don't like to work too hard scrubbing.

    I received Soft Scrub all purpose bath and kitchen cleanser to review and I had not bought this kind of product in maybe 5 years. I thought it worked well on faucets and counters but it had a bit of a problem on soap scum and grease.It is safe to use on most stainless steel, granite, chrome, plastic, and glass . It has a real nice lemon scent. In my opinion I still prefer Comet because it seems to work so well for my stovetop and my pots and pans that I leave soak with it but I can see that it is still agood product for certain uses, just not for me.

    New To Me - I Like It!
    I received the container of Soft Scrub Tough on stains Gentle on surfaces Total All Purpose Bath & Kitchen Cleanser Cleans & Deodorizes Sinks Showers Bathtubs Faucets Lemon Scent (picture enclosed). I have been looking for a product that would clean and brighten my kitchen counters - This might be the one that works for me. First, I noticed that it produces suds or bubbles which I had to remove with a wet paper towel followed by wiping down with a dry paper towel. The result was a clean, brightened and almost dry counter without any film or grit left behind. Next, I tried it on my stainless steel kitchen sinks and found it worked just as well as the stainless steel cleanser that I have been using. Also I noticed that a little goes a long way so the 36 ounce size container should turn out to be very economical. I am leaving it in the kitchen for now and using cleansers I already have for the bathroom.

    This cleaner works great!
    I really like the Soft Scrub Total All Purpose Bath & Kitchen Cleanser. The lemon scent is subtle not strong. I applied the cleanser and then using a sponge, and cleaned. It did a nice job. The cleanser cleans and deodorizes sinks, showers, bathtubs and faucets. It looks to be gentle on surfaces. It works on grease, grim, food stains, soap scum and hard water stains. It it safe to use on a multitude of surfaces. It doesn't take much to do a good job. I found no problem with it except for the chemicals in it. I prefer natural cleaners.

    Great bathroom & kitchen cleaner
    This cleaner works really well on nearly all your kitchen and bathroom surfaces and has a pleasant lemon scent. In the kitchen, it is great to wipe up food stains and grease and is safe to use on chrome, stainless steel, porcelain, ceramic, granite, most plastics, and glass top stoves. In the bathroom, it removes the soap scum, hard water stains, and limescale and puts a nice shine on your sink and other fixtures. You do need to be careful using it on certain surfaces like softer plastics, fiberglass, cultured marble, appliance enamel, and natural stone-it may scratch. The liquid also is not very thick, so you want to be sure to shake the bottle well before using and be prepared for it to pour out quickly. A damp sponge is a great way to apply to cleanser to the surface you are cleaning and the easiest way to wipe away is to rinse with water, but if that is not possible then you can wipe off with a damp sponge (just will take a little more effort to do so). A little of the cleanser goes a long way, so I do recommend starting out with just a small amount and only apply more if needed. It will be easier to completely wipe off in using a smaller amount as well. Overall a great cleaner that I really enjoy using.
