bad sizing
I am size US size 10 - 10.5, I ordered size 11 and it's too small. Why do you post a size chart if it is wrong? How hard is it to measure something properly?

    No laces!!!
    Boots arrived in a bag, no shoe box. Did not have laces! Very disappointed, as given for a gift and recipient has to purchase laces, they can't be worn.
