Totally Wrong item
I received chocolate vanilla instead of banana cream. The picture shows chocolate vanilla but it even says the item is banana cream and that's what I had ordered

    PRO: Cups do not need to be refrigerated, therefore, are good for packing for lunch or picnics or snacks. CON: Price is higher than name brand. OTHER: Tastes okay.

    Never substitute sugar for sugar free
    I ordered sugar free pudding cups for a reason. I am a diabetic and cannot tolerate sugar. Now I'm stuck with pudding cups I can't use. You will not allow food products to be returned, so I'm stuck with these I cannot eat. You need to tell your shoppers when sugar free is ordered they should NEVER substitute for something that has sugar.
