Broke in 4 months
It stopped working after 4 months. Trouble shooting doesn't fix it. Re calibrating doesn't fix it. Weak warranty doesn't fix my disappointed 12 year old.

    Hover Board broke within the first 20 days.
    The Hover Board broke within the first 20 days. It was used solely in the house on carpeted and hard wood floors and the right wheel stopped responding to any shifts in weight. Warranty is only 30 days so beware of a defective product.

    There are reports that fake Samsung Batteries are showing up in boards that are made by this particular company. Check the labeling on the battery to make sure contains an official looking Samsung Logo and hologram. If not contact Samsung as a safety measure to verify. If the unit runs hot to the touch when in use or when charging, this is usually your best indicator. At minimum if you can't return the board, at least considering replacing the battery with one shipped directly from Samsung, at a minimum.
