Soft and Supportive..
Arrived On Time, After many days of research, I chose this Mattress, and I am very Pleased... As some.reviews said it didnt.expand, or was hard and coils could be felt..But, All incorrect. Its very comfortable, Soft, plush, and it expanded completely..No odor detected..Coils couldnt be felt. Its a great mattress, very nice, great price..I have slept on it for a week now, and its great...Wake up.refreshed, no pain, its an excellent choice..

Not as described! DO NOT PURCHASE!
Huge disappointment! Frame is uneven. Huge lump in the middle, fabric bunching. Mattress wasn't sealed all the way. Has been vacuum packed since May of 2020. Bought to replace a 16 year old 10 inch plush mattress. Walmart says I can bring it back to the store for a full refund. Let's see if thats true. I wouldn't buy this mattress if you are looking for a plush pillow top mattress. This is very firm thin and cheaply made. I wouldn't even pay $100 for this!

    Mattress not worthy of a 10 year warranty
    The Zinus mattress, not even a year old, is sagging. I brought it to the attention of Zinus because of their 10 year warranty. Customer service at Zinus has been back and forth, with one hoop after another.

    Great Value!
    Honestly exceeded expectations! Great quality. Firm but soft, very comfortable. This was purchased for the guest bedroom but I think it would be great for a daily sleeper. I was expecting atleast some kind of odor after taking it out of the plastic, but there was zero smell! You won't be disappointed with this one.

    Appalling packaging/yet to sleep on it.
    I just got this mattress and it hasn't been slept on yet, but wanted to share my experience so far. For one, I was amazed that it expanded the way it did immediately after breaking open the vaccum packaging. It looked so thin wrapped up, i doubted it could be 10" but as soon as you break the seal, it literally springs into shape. It doesn't feel as though it'll be a very supportive mattress, though. I went with 3 stars because of how it showed up to my house. The box wasn't even closed up and it was ripped and filthy. I'm sorry, but that isn't an acceptable way to package and send a mattress. And this wasn't something that happened during shipping. This is clearly a used box and someone didn't even take the time to tape it up. No tape to speak of.

    just buy it!!!!
    im <140 lbs and it hasnt sunken a bit since i bought it. its so comfortable like the perfect amount of softness and its not weird and springy like other mattresses. if ur considering buying it, just get it!! (picture is from having it for like ~6 months

    Great mattress
    I purchased this mattress after researching several different ones and I am absolutely happy with purchasing this stress. It is very comfortable as not too plush not firm. It was great that it comes in a box and was super easy to unwrap. I did let it sit out for two days before use and it's a great size. This is definitely worth the money. I am planning to purchase this mattress again just a different size.

    Slumber 1- 10" Dream Pillow Top Mattress Full Size
    Purchased this full sized mattress in a box by Zinus because it came in a box and was convenient for moving. Followed instructions and watched mattress expand to 10" size. Very comfortable and get great night sleep. Mattress is tall without a box spring. You do not need a box spring! Mattress is sturdy and pillow top has good cushion. I purchased a mattress pad for extra cushion. Also the price was lower than SAMs Club, Wayfarer, Bed Bath & Beyond and other stores. Excellent mattress!

    Firm Mattress and very comfortable! !
    Best sleep I've had in years. The package was very manageable for me & I'm in my 60's. Just be sure you 'walk' the box to your bed frame and lean it up onto it BEFORE you open it as the mattress began unrolling as soon as I took the box off. It completed opening totally within minutes of removing the plastics. LOVE IT!!! Works awesome as my bed/daybed on the foldable metal frame I purchased for it. I now have a bed.... sofa & lots of underneath storage in my Tiny Apartment! !

    Great for the price
    Overall I think it is a good mattress. It did have a slight odor but nothing offensive and it eventually went away. The pillow top wasn't impressive, but did get better as it aired out. The mattress is in a guest room and the occupants have said it was comfortable and slept fine. Couldn't say about how well it holds up. For the price it was a good deal.
