so comfortable
So glad I upgraded my yoga to this thick foam one. Before I couldn't do any positions that put pressure on my knees, now I can do them with no problem. Same with the palm of my hands, workouts are so much more enjoyable now!

    I am 6'3" and it is still long enough to accommodate my body. Like other reviews thick enough to support my knee's and believe me I have sensitive knee's.

    Durable,padding nice and thick!
    I needed a mat that had thick padding because I have knee problems. I could not do yoga without it. Excellent and durable, easy to roll back up.

    Very good mat
    This is a very good mat. A little thick for exercise mat., but works well. It's the right size. The only concern I have is the carrying handle. It will loose its elasticity after a while. A carrying bag might be better

    Nice thickness but strong smell
    I like the mat but the smell is pretty strong. I've sprayed it and let it air out for days which has helped some. I use it at home so it isn't a big deal.
