don't hesitate
for the price is a great combo. bought it at the gulf and handled the saltwater no problem, even handled a 1oz weight without bending in half. I was able to take it apart and clean it no problem.

Arrived Broken. Huge Disappointment
It may be a good product, but I wouldn't know. It arrived broken in a damaged box. It was suppose to be a Father's Day gift/surprise.

    It seems fine. Good build quality from what I can tell. Lots of good solid parts. smooth reel. doesn't come with any fishing line so you'll need to pick some up. used it a few times so far and no issues.

    Ordered a 6'.6" combo. Received a 7'0" combo.
    Bought this specific combo to replace one my son loved that got broken. Lucky for Walmart my son is okay with the longer length and different reel. As this was the only item in the order and was almost $50.00. I think Walmart needs to retrain their employees at the fulfillment center on how to pick an order.

    The rod and reel appears good quality, however, there was no number of piece on the rod mentioned on the website, I ordered hoping it comes in 2 pieces but not. Returned it.
